I had very unpleasant experience with Reebok online Shopping. I placed my order (2 Trainers Size 8& 9) on 21st April 2022 and was expected to deliver on 25th -26 April, but didn’t delivered At all. I called Reebok customer service on wed 27th April and i been told it will be delivered on Friday 29th, but didn’t delivered.
Called then again on Saturday 30th April as we were planing to wear those on our Annual Eid Festival 2nd May 2022. But didn’t delivered.
Also I been told to contact parcel force for tracking, that’s sound we are living 1980, Anyway when I called parcel force they said rebook never sent them item from hub, How they can deliver to me. Shocked ….! Called again Reebok customer service, one of lady ensured me that she has arranged a re delivery, hopefully I’ll get by Monday…
