Unable to get answers on getting my annuity cashed and transferred to another company. Called 5 times and they can’t get me to a supervisor or anyone in the accounting department to tell me the check# and tracking number that I requested over a week ago.
All I get is the call center with no answers. I keep asking for a supervisor phone number and no one will give one out. Amazing! I would never recommend River Source to anyone.
