I placed order online for delivery at approximately 8:45pm. My order was supposed to arrive via door dash at 9:24pm according to the confirmation email. My order didn't arrive until after 10:00pm. Before deciding to go to the restaurant, I made several attempts calling the location from where I ordered and was finally successful on the last call in getting someone to pick up.

The manager claimed that she can not see online orders that come thru except for the food to cook. After staying that I want a refund, she stated she can't give me a refund because there's no order to link it to and I'll have to go thru the order delivery service (door dash) who delivered the food.

She claimed Ruby Tuesday doesn't do online orders exterior for pickup. The entire time I was denied a refund for an…

When to the location in Philly on Bartam Ave 8800, my friend ordered buy one get one $3 , but the young lady took the order , then said the coupon could only be used one , it didn’t say that. , and went to the other employee and said that I smell becuse I have facial scars,and had on a mask , “Turn up the air” I was doing pick up, the register had a stain of something running down it , the store had a sour smell, I was there 15 minutes and

My friend and I went to the enterprise Al location on a Saturday afternoon. We were sat in the bar area. We had to wait 10-15 minutes for our drink order and then had to wait for an additional five minutes from drinks.

Once the waiter and or waitress decided to return, they apologized because they were talking to someone else and literally reeked of marijuana. We were not happy about this at all, because we do not do that stuff nor do we appreciate having to smell it on someone at a business.

This is my second time complaining about this and no one has reached out. We are not expecting anything for free but we want you to know about this and we want to know how it was handled. I honestly do not know if we will return and I do want you to know that we have several friends and family…

I am not very good at computers so therefore unable to order through an app. I tried to call Ruby Tuesday on Kinston,NC multiple times today, May 6th. No one ever answered the phone. I was trying to place an order for pick up.

So I decided to drive to the restaurant to place my order. I went to the To go area and no one was there. I finally had to yell out for someone to please help me because I needed to place a To go order.

I know lots of people use apps but it is discriminatory for the employees not to answer the phone and ignore me because I can't order from the app. This has happened on multiple occasions not just today. I expect a call from corporate.

My phone number is 910-590-4264. My sister is making this complaint for me because I do not have an email address.

My wife and I visited the Morgantown, WV location on April 14, 2023 at lunch time. Our server was great and nothing was her fault. ) but at lunch rush? Anyhow, my wife ordered one of your new sandwiches, didn't have the meat.

She then ordered fish and wanted it cooked a certain way and the cook refused to. So 0-2 at that point. Much to be desired.

Recently ate a Ruby Tuesday in Florence, SC. Not only was the food disgusting, the service was just as bad. I thought no one could screw up a chicken sandwich? Wait, what chicken, it was as thin as a half dollar coin, the breading looked like rubber?

Over 30 minutes just to get a drink? They might as well just close these stores down. Wait, first I would fire the management of this corporttion.

I am contacting you because I would like to receive a refund for my purchase last night. I had a horrible experience from the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out. I arrived around 5:00pm and didn't leave until almost 7:30pm. Which would have been understandable if the restaurant was busy however that was not the case as there were about 5 tables being used in the whole place. I waited about 2 minutes for the hostess to greet us and she was not friendly in the least. She took me and the 1 person I was with to a table sat us and then walked away without saying anything. I have been a customer at the Ruby Tuesday ( 4203 Washington Rd Evans, Ga) for years and years. Today I ordered a chicken quesadilla. When it came out it had no guacamole with it ( it is listed on the menu ).

I requested some and I received a tiny condiment plastic container with at MOST a tablespoon of Guacamole. I asked my server if I could have a little more because it wasn't a portion for the 4 slices. ) who said that I would have to pay for another tiny spoon.

I told my server that I had been a loyal customer for many years and that they have just lost my business over a few bites of guacamole. She said that she was sorry but the manager would not bend. That is pitiful service.

I went for an interview at the lenior city, TN location at approximately 1:00 pm on 1/5/23. The bartender that helped me (she had bright colorful hair) was incredibly rude and hostile. I had asked her to speak to a manager and that I have an interview.

She angrily kept asking me what my last name was (after I had said arp 4 times but she wouldn’t listen) and that she didn’t understand me which made me feel discriminated and disrespected. The female manager that interviewed me was incredibly unwelcoming and hateful.

I asked her is serving at this location typically faster because it was slow paced and she responded with “well it’s literally only Thursday so”. She kept rolling her eyes when I would ask questions and not answer them. So i then thanked her for her time and left.

I tried to use a coupon that was given by a manager at a diff location & was denied. When the manager came over he didn't greet me nor introduce himself as the manager. He said he wouldn't accept it because it was expired.

I told him the other manager gave it to me like that & he signed his name & store number. After him telling me that the name on the coupon didn't belong to a manager at the other location, he then told me to get $10 from the man on my phone.

I told him he was very rude and unprofessional. He just walked away with more attitude.

At the Ruby Tuesday location in Norfolk, VA, on Military Highway there is a older white man that stocks the salad bar. I am not sure if he has some type of disability that accounts for his behavior, but whenever I get a salad bar to go he hovers around and/or behind me, muttering comments under his breath if he feels that I am taking too much of an item.

He will stand immediately adjacent to you, almost touching you, when nobody else is in line, in order to reposition the tongs, or spoons within 2 seconds of me setting them back down, while continuing to mutter to himself, but loud enough where I can hear his comments. This is not an isolated incident. This has happened repeatedly.

We like Ruby Tuesday in Branson but over the years it has gotten really bad.. The servers we have had over the years have been great but the business is really hindged on your cook. Your menu has come down to the simplest of menus yet the cook in Branson gave my husband one of the worst baked dishes advertised. The only thing backed on that dish was the melting of the cheese.

I guess that's why there is a huge turnover of waitresses.

If you don't have a good menu and a fantastic cook you might as well close your doors.

No greeting upon entering. Waited 15 mins before server spoke to us to take order. Server had a terrible attitude. Server never refreshed our drinks. Server was given a small tip for terrible service and another employee heckled us for it while leaving.

I can see why locations are closing at a rapid rate.

I would like to file a complaint on the Pottsville location concerning a new trainee. This girl was stripped of all tips stating she is training. 00 while the regular server watched the trainee; also if she was tipped on the side as a you did a great job the regular took that money as well.

That girl is there to make a living not to be taken advantage of. If she served half the table then she get half the tip. If the regular is training she should be compensated for being a trainer that day not steal money from someone training.

Ruby Tuesday’s did not pull this nonsense when my daughter worked there and I will press theft charges is this matter is not corrected. I did speak to the manager at the store and he was not helpful at all.

My husband and I stopped in at Ruby Tuesday, to pick up 2 salad bar plates to go. This was a lunch special today, so that is what we decided to order to go.

I’m a regular customer at our local Ruby Tuesday in Newport TN. I always order curbside pickup due to having a kidney transplant. The food and service has always been very good. Today Nov 1st, 2022 as I was waiting on my food to be brought out I watched an employee sitting at a table wrapping silverware in napkins through the window.

She constantly picked her nose and wiped what she dug out of her nose on the napkins and continued to wrap up the silverware. This continued for 15 minutes. It was the most disgusting act I’ve ever seen in a restaurant. It occurred around 3:00pm.

I reported it to the manager. What a disgrace for a nice restaurant. I couldn’t believe my eyes. If the manager did nothing there’s a lot of people going to be wiping their mouth with snot/booger infected napkins.…

I placed an online order on 10/15/2022 at 10:00 pm for my order to be ready for pickup at 10:45pm . I received email and drove 35 minutes to the location only tor see they had closed the restaurant early and still charged my card for the amount of $35.

I arrived at Rudy Tuesday in Mebane at 10:40pm and the restaurant isn’t suppose to close till 11pm . I called over 20 times om 10/16/2022 no answer which means I had to go out my way and drive an additional 35minutes to get a refund for food I never received .

When I arrived all the manger said was they busy and had to close early on 10/15 and ill received my money within 3 - 5 business days. She offered me no customer appreciation or anything not even a cup of water .

Hi I visited the Ruby Tuesday located in Lumberton,NC on 8/23/2022. My family and I always visit Ruby Tuesday at least once a week. My complaint is I ask the manager, waitress about if someone was going to clean the salad bar and I guess that was a bad idea I even say the lady that surprise to have clean the bar.

Well she did a half job I could have left but I chose not so I didn't finish all of my meal that night so I took the remainder home. So the next day I went to eat the remaining as I was eating I noticed omg a large rusted safety pin inside my salad I couldn't do nothing but throw up so disgusting.

We attempted to have dinner at Ruby Tuesday airport, jacksonville, florida on my wifes birthday July 31. We ordered 2 dinners , appitizer. we waited over 1 hour for appetizer. at that time we asked to have our meals to go. finally our meal came.

My wife ordered bourbon chicken, cooked so hard she couldn cut with knife. I ordered chicken strips which were not strips but small overcooked chunks of overcooked chicke. We are old folks with not much money. 45 is a lot of money.

The waitress many mistakes, she was not well informed. Thr food was over cooked and was hard to cut with a knife. We have been eating there for quite awhile and the food was always great, but lately it’s not up to standard anymore.

This is a letter I do not like to send, but at the same time, I think it needs to be sent. I have eaten at and enjoyed many different Ruby Tuesday dinners in multiple cities as I travel. And with our five children and their children living in five different cities, we travel frequently. The most recent trip took us through Lexington, VA. Unfortunately, this was the worst restaurant experience I have ever experienced.

We arrived shortly after 6pm and found the restaurant comfortably occupied. I was traveling with my daughter and her three grade school aged children. Our anniversary was on June 7th of this year. (This past Tuesday) We decided to order a meal to go and enjoy it at home. I called and placed my order and went to pick it up. The waitress was friendly, but it still took a while to get our meals.

I had ordered two ribeye steak dinners with a salad. I paid for the meals which amounted to over sixty dollars. The cashier said the ribeyes has gone up. After waiting for a good long time, I finally was able to get my meals.

When we got home, our salads were about a small cup size. When we started eating our steaks, we were very disappointed! I can't even begin to tell you how bad the steaks were. My husband's steak was well done as he had ordered.
