I placed order online for delivery at approximately 8:45pm. My order was supposed to arrive via door dash at 9:24pm according to the confirmation email. My order didn't arrive until after 10:00pm. Before deciding to go to the restaurant, I made several attempts calling the location from where I ordered and was finally successful on the last call in getting someone to pick up.
The manager claimed that she can not see online orders that come thru except for the food to cook. After staying that I want a refund, she stated she can't give me a refund because there's no order to link it to and I'll have to go thru the order delivery service (door dash) who delivered the food.
