I opened this account in 2017 and I am not aware of the phone number that was on the account at that time so they won’t let me dispute a fraudulent activity that was made. I was able to verify EVERYTHING but that.
Who remembers a number from 2 years ago. I have a 5 month old son and I can’t even go get his milk because I have no money. This is not ok and very inhuman like. I will be cancelling my services with this bank.
