It was our anniversary and as usual made reservations at Ruth's Chris in Orlando Florida. This location is always our go to for special celebratory business and family events; however, we were very disappointed with our last visit. To begin with, when we were seated our server seemed to be preoccupied because throughout our stay we were always waiting and waiting it had truly gotten ridiculous.

This is not the service we had ever received in the past.

Also as I glanced at the curtains to my right I could not believe the amount of dirt on the curtains. The amount of dirt on these curtains had a depth to it, not a thin layer. I then worried about the cleanliness in the kitchen, what customers do not see.

On 10/18/24 I dined at Ruth’s Chris in the Short Hills Mall,NJ. I have dined there many times & always had attentive service & excellent food. My most recent dining experience was horrific! My server was fantastic & did all he could to correct the problem.

However the manager was the most incompetent & inexperienced person that I had to endure in a very long time. Instead of correcting the problem the only thing he managed was to escalate it!!! Two bone in filet mignon steaks were ordered.

One for myself & one for a friend. The steak had to be sent back because it was raw. It was then served well done. The original order was medium. I do not eat well done steak. The manager came back & forth with my plate two times & gave me a speech on cooking.

So now I had no steak & a cold baked…

My name is Timothy Ferner. I am an 80% Disabled military veteran. I just wanted to pass on my recent experience at your Restaurant at the Mohegan Sun Casino in Pocono PA. Being disabled , I send my brother and sister gift certificates for meals here. I wanted to explain why I won't be doing that anymore. They went there yesterday and were greeted by a rude waitress named Stella. Stella had no interest in taking their order. Every time they asked Stella for something, she seemed unconvinced. Why? Well, she had to put her phone down and stop texting. I know, unreasonable to expect a customer to wait for an employee to stop texting, put their, phone down and provide service. It was my fiancé birthday. He never been to Ruth Chris. I made reservations for 2at 8pm on DECEMBER 15, 2021. When we arrived are table was not ready so we sat at the bar while we waited to have a cocktail.

About ten minutes later I was approached by a manager asking me to leave because I had on clothing that was not excepted at Ruth Chris. I had on an outfit under my PINK NIKE SWEAT SUIT. I immediately went to the bathroom took off my suit suit and changed into my black fitted pants and black shirt.

I showed the manager who approached me and she says ok you’re fine. So about another 10 minutes go by I got my drink it’s half way gone. Me and my fiancé are enjoying are selves. I take a look around I see 2 Asians with shorts and pants that have logos.

My boyfriend raved about this place that he has visited in a couple different areas and has been wanting me to try it for a while. We recently visited Ruth's Chris Steakhouse on our vacation in Las Vegas. My first experience at this restaurant was terrible.

The steak was super fatty and asparagus was over cooked. My expectations were certainly not met and I am very disappointed.

address on the 23th of April. It was my granddaughter 's 18th birthday and we were treated unprofessional. It started at the bar with no computers working that nite. So calculating the bill was done by hand and your employees could not count.

Management was very unconcerned that his employees could not count.

My wife and I attended dinner lastnight at Ruth Chris in the Mohegan Sun casino located in wilkes barre pennsylvania. We sat at the bar and as we ordered drinks the bartender made my drink and told my wife she would be right back.

after 10mins of watching her clear dirty plates and cash a couple other people out she came over and continued making my wife drink. My wife ordered a mojito and she graded the fruit and mints with her dirty hands and continued to make the drink i asked her could she make it again with clean hands since she had to touch the mint and fruit with her hands.

She had an attitude and asked if i wanted her to wear gloves as well cause she can’t make mojitos with gloves. (All i wanted was clean hands touching my food and drinks i was l not trying to be complicated).…

We were at the Downtown Greenville SC location. We are Hilton diamond members and thrilled to see Ruth’s Chris in the hotel. We were a party of 4 and all of us ordered from the package menu on back page.

We ordered the cabinet sauvignon recommended with bundle. The waiter got the wines confused and served us the duckhorn which cost almost twice as much as the ordered wine. When the bill reflected the higher price we questioned the waiter and we sorted out the confusion.

After server spoke with management he offered to take the difference out of his tip. We are appalled that Ruth’s Chris does not back or supports their staff when an innocent error occurs. We would never punish our server for a mistake so we tipped accordingly..

We love your food and service. We ate at the SLC location last night a were underwhelmed by our experience. We lossy have a great meal, but not this time. We were there for a special occasion and left disappointed.

The following issues occurred and you probably want know. 1. We requested a specific table and upon arriving in an empty section, we were given the end booth, where everyone came and went and the wait staff stood directly behind and over my husbands shoulder chatting while they waiting to do their jobs. On 12/24/22 for our anniversary we are at downtown satx location. Ordered lollipop lamb chops and they were cold and very bloody. I bit the next and the same thing. There was blood on the tablecloth that I could show waiter.

His only suggestion was to send them back. Came back out not much better and the whole experience was awful!!!! Not a single apology. I called restaurant/corporate office several times with no response. I hope this time someone makes this right! 2108332243

For my birthday, we decided to have dinner at your restaurant in Fairfax VA. We have frequented your restaurant for other special occasions and had excellent service and really good food. Unfortunately this was not the case, as far as the food. We have equated with Ruths Chris the best, most tender melt in your mouth filets on past visits. This time the filets were not up to par. We were quite surprised and further for the money, they were way way overpriced for the quality we received. We will be considering our options for future special occasions as we are unable to justify the cost for substandard filets.

Btw My husband had submitted a response regarding the dinner the week of 13Nov2022 but never received a response from anyone at Ruths Chris.

I took my sister to Ruth Chris @ 511 n high st in Columbus Ohio for her birthday on Dec 24, 2022 and was not pleased at all. We were seated ordered an appetizer and the meal. After about 20 minutes the meal came and we asked where the appetizer was?

The gentleman said oh I didn’t know you ordered an appetizer, I’ll let your server know to take it off your bill and preceded to place the food on the table. I thought well ok but I ordered an appetizer for a reason…..

Anyway, we stayed eating and my sisters New York strip was well done (she ordered medium rare) so she sent it back after waiting 15 minutes before someone came back to the table. The crab cakes were ok it was annoying to crunch on shells every 3-4 bites.

The service last night was great and my only complaint is how my grand son's steak was cooked and how thecorrected it. He ordered his steak cooked to medium and it cameout being cooked well done, we called our server over and he took it away and they eventually came out with one cooked medium.

They didn't take the meal away and left him the sides to eat with no steak, when I spend over $500 for a dinner I expect every person in my party to have the entree and sides together and hot and prepared as ordered. we were at the embassy suites ruth chris steakhouse in Atlanta on Saturday night December 3. Expecting quality services and food but we were treated very poorly by lackluster staff and a totally inept server. There were six men at our table.

Weve all had experiences in Louisiana ruth chris restaurants and this was woefully short of any even average service back home. Shame on the management and this staff for a absolutely miserable evening,.

Food was good staff was great, Except for the manager he wear a blue button up shirt and he was bald. He was very rude to his hostess and staff. we were in the waiting room and he complained that people were around him he went to the hostess and complained about that.

I felt like smacking him and putting him in his place he felt like he was holier than thou.

The Walnut Creek location needs your help. The environment is absolutely freezing and makes it difficult to relax. The Cooks are failing. It is nothing like it used to be. Flavorless and nothing is cooked properly. You watch as angry parons return their food or don't eat it at all.

The staff is not happy and management is clueless and unhelpful.

Parked with Valet, went in to the Ruth Chris, Downtown Indy. Wanted to grab one cocktail before our movie at 7:30. We walked up to three empty chairs at the first level bar. Management from hostess desk with short blonde hair asked what we were doing.

We explained we wanted to have one drink. As a steakhouse owner in downtown Indy, we wanted to support other business while our employees had the holiday off. The manager told us we could not receive service; that a few tables had just been sat & she wanted her servers & bartenders to provide them good service.

Hi . I'm sorry to have to express my second unfortunate experience at your Waltham location to you. My waitress Robin and her assistant chris were awesome they were not the issue. The first time was a couple of months ago me and four of my friends came to your waltham location for a business dinner.

Our waiter at the bar was extremely rude and the bartender was serving cocktails that weren't made correctly and also weren't garnished properly.. Pal in a sarcastic and unprofessional way. The four of us dropped over five hundred dollars before tip.

I have been going to Ruth Chris for 20 yrs in Memphis. In fact went last month with great food and service. Took my mom yesterday for Mother’s Day and it was a disaster. When we got there took us to a wrong terrible and told us to step aside while they found something.

Here we r standing in the middle of the restaurant. They seat us we order appetizers. When appetizer came she said enjoy. We had to hollering at her to come back because we had no silverware or napkins. That was the 2nd mistake.

3rd problem we order filets medium and came rare. We sent them back. My husband and brother finally started eating their sides out of the bowl because their steaks took so long to come back.

My husband made reservations for a date night tonight at Ruth’s Chris Cary, NC. We’ve traveled all over the country and RC is one of our favorite places to eat. We go for our anniversary, bdays and some special occasions like Valentines, NYE and many others.

Tonight we went just to have a nice evening out. The service was amazing as always. The food however was our worst experience so far. My steak was over cooked and his was in his words the worst he’s ever had there must be a bad cut.

His gumbo was all veggie and no meat. None. My spinach tasted as if it had been sitting a while. It was the first time we left disappointed with our food experience. We are both hoping this isn’t an ongoing issue.

We definitely would have to find a new favorite and that’s a little sad.
