I tried to pay my insurance using my account and routing number on the 23rd of June, They told me they tried to charge my account that day, and then on the 3rd of July. I was given no notification that the transaction was declined, no email or phone call.

I was told the transaction was approved, then I thought the money came out of my account, They tried to charge me on July 3rd and it declined, and once again, no notification, no phone call. looking at my bank history and emails there is no declined charge from safeauto and normally I get an email when transactions are declined.

I found out 2 days after my policy cancelled that it had been cancelled from the company that monitors my insurance for the place I got the car from. so after no one let me know that either of the transactions…

I had an accident on December 13th 2022 reported the claim the next morning with my insurance company which is Safe Auto and I have been arguing with them when I can get a hold of them about my claim on my truck to get it fixed. I have left multiple messages messages with my Adjusters supervisor Chris Cusack and I have not received a call back from him I've only spoke to him one time in 2 months and

nobody can give me his supervisor's name or phone number nobody wants to call back or take care of this claim it has been absolutely ridiculous

Been over 3 weeks and adjuster has never contacted us ,will not call or answer there phones.. both manager and adjuster will not give any info on our claim. I have left countless messages but still nothing. It keeps up and lawyers will be involved

Car was stolen, filed a claim and Adjuster has been difficult to reach and/or return calls. Car was recovered and still sitting as we await paperwork for repairs.

91 also has put me on a do not rent list because of this balance my policy states safe auto covers $600 or first 30 days I have no car to use to go to work if I don’t work I’m unable to pay my bills this has been a stressful situation for me I will never recommending Safe Auto to any of my family friends or clients they are very unprofessional

My claim had been reported almost a month ago,as of this date nothing has been determined of the damaged of my auto.The case manager for this claim,claim adjuster Kathy Jones,has shown unprofessionalism in the handling of my case,calls and emails have been ignored by her.safe auto has victimized me as well as the person who hit my car and left the scene. The car flipped over several times. Safe auto integrity to my concern is not important.

My adjuster will not return any of my calls. Can't seem to even talk to anybody about my claim. I filed my claim back in September and now it's December and I still haven't received my check so that I can get my vehicle repaired.

Going to find another insurance company once I settle my claim and will never recommend Safe Auto to anyone.

Because they don't offer Commercial Insurance I had to go through another agency I called early Monday to get a letter of experience it is now Wednesday Not only was I not able to get a letter of experience but Danielle extremely unhelpful could not get anyone else to help me so finally the new insurance company called customer service and within 10 minutes was able to get the letter email to us!

I will be canceling my insurance with Safe Auto! they are pathetic and the customer service is seriously lacking it's ridiculous that it took me 3 days to get a damn letter

My policy was input in the computer wrong on day, I asked to speak to the manager she got upset because I asked to cancel and the manager lied on the phone about returning my funds and my policy information they basically stole my money and never gave it back

I recently filed a claim for a broken car door window. My claim was assigned an adjuster and we thought she would help us through the process of getting my car window repaired. It has been days and I have yet to even hear from her.

I have left many emails and voice mails for her and still have not received a response. I called customer service and was given the number to her supervisor whom I called and she did not answer. I left several voice mails for her as well which did not get a response either.

Two separate agents from the call center left "priority messages" to both of these people for me and those went unanswered as well. 00 out of pocket to get the window repaired because safelite could not verify my insurance because the adjuster had not done anything regarding my claim.

I called regarding my policy and the employee I spoke with SAL EMPLOYEE ID NUMBER is 11173 was very RUDE & Nasty. I asked him to transfer me to another representative and he insisted he wasn’t allowed & that he was going to put me on hold until I hung up. I’m very disgusted with the customer service here!!!

The worst customer service in the world. The member hit my vehicle and I have been able to communicate with the claims adjuster only one (1) time. Numerous calls have been made and no return call. I have no recourse but to contact my state's insurance commission and downgrade them on BBB site.

On 7/18 my car overheated and burnt on i75. I had full coverage insurance . I am a medical traveler so I must have a vehicle and usually have daily living supplies in my vehicle. This week will be 3 weeks since the incident occured.

My vacation time at work has been used , I no longer have a job. I am behind on every bill and first time in 10 years my phone has been disconnected due to non payment. I have called / sent messages regarding a rental car and no one returned my call!

I’m now sending messages hoping to get a response from safe auto . Friday Kelly called and said the car was a total loss and gave me figures z. I inquired about certain items in side she asked for receipts !

I had an accident on June 3, 2022. I was appointed a claims adjuster by the Robert Zinsmeister. I have spoke to him 1 time in the last month. I know absolutely nothing about my case. I haven’t even been able to get into my car to get my belongings.

I purchased a safe auto insurance policy and 2020 September I paid my policy further price I had no accidents I had no incidents I had nothing that was not reported a week later they sent me a letter saying my premiums Rose to a couple hundred dollars because from LexisNexis they received for accidents and other information it was incorrect so I contacted my previous insurance company they sent letters to show that this was an error spoke to like 6 that said they investigated it was an error I provided all documentation that I was paid through October of 2020 they Safe Auto said they were going to cancel my policy if I didn't pay them now I wouldn't have had to owe them that if they have the correct information they were still owed that they were still giving the correct information that…

Safe auto is nothing but scammers and unprofessional. Customer service is also horrible. I opened a insurance policy and within a week they told me I owe'd double of what I agreed upon. It hasn't even been a month since I opened a policy,they are straight lier's and manipulaters

Unacceptable service whatsoever!!!!! This occurred in October 2021 it is now December 2021. I am very upset with all Safe Auto team members. I have had nothing but issues with this claim. I have been paying on a car that is a total loss!

I had to buy me a new car due to Safe Auto not even putting me in a rental, which I had asked from the beginning, I have 3 witnesses that was there when I asked for one. So to my inconvenience I had to ask people for rides to work and pay them for gas as well.

Never once received a phone call from anybody until I started complaining. I have been sent to 5 different people and still no phone calls from anybody's backup. Due to this chaos, I am now late on my very 1st car payment and still need to get the tags.

I am very unhappy and have been for 2 months…

Carlos kept interrupting me and his attempts at belittling my intelligence was demeaning. He was impatient and extremely rude. His calls need to be examined for his competence in dealing with claims and customers, as well as customer service skills.

I have never had this problem. For months I have sending the same documents in to safe auto and keep getting a response for customer service I need to fill it out again. Then changed my bill from the 11th and mad me pay on the 5th and was told a letter that I never received should of told me to pay more money.

I ask for a supervisor and told they could not get ahold of someone so they will call in 2 hours. No one called. Then yesterday I called to make a payment and after a long wait from calling ther representive told me I should not of been billed early on the 5th and put me on hold and

try to reach out to the billing department and after I been on hold his line hung up on me and he did not call back. And now I just called and is waiting on a supervisor to call again.

No communication, never sent a single thing regarding my policy in the mail, reached out for customer service and could not get a response for over two weeks just told over and over and over I’d get a call back. They claim they called at 9:30 pm at night two weeks after my request and didn’t leave a message.

I’m told I should be able to change my policy online as I’m trying to increase coverage and it’s not an option, website doesn’t work where it should then I’m told I’m a liar by the customer service via email. Flaws, fraud and the crappiest customer service I’ve ever experienced.

They don’t bill you and don’t let you know the amount until day due then youre given an ultimatum, feed your family or pay half your salary immediately.

This is to advise you that Safe is perpetrating a fraud/scam in your name (AOL). I have filed a fraud complaint with my bank, having been ripped off of $599.99 by Safe Auto. I also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Safe Auto will not answer letters or phone calls from either. Neither will they refund all of my money. For almost 3 hours they continued to represent themselves as AOL. I thought AOL was helping me solve a hacker problem. Only at the end, after agreeing to pay $599.99 for their service did I become aware I was not talking with an AOL representative.

When I then tried to get a refund they only agreed to refund $250.00, keeping $149.99 ($200 was to be paid in 30 days.) I have documentation from my bank and from the Better Business Bureau, case #420093 if you are…
