I tried to pay my insurance using my account and routing number on the 23rd of June, They told me they tried to charge my account that day, and then on the 3rd of July. I was given no notification that the transaction was declined, no email or phone call.
I was told the transaction was approved, then I thought the money came out of my account, They tried to charge me on July 3rd and it declined, and once again, no notification, no phone call. looking at my bank history and emails there is no declined charge from safeauto and normally I get an email when transactions are declined.
I found out 2 days after my policy cancelled that it had been cancelled from the company that monitors my insurance for the place I got the car from. so after no one let me know that either of the transactions…
