I purchased $1358 gold huggie earrings off Saks Off Fifth, order #119446923. I decided to make a return, as they were not as gold as in the picture and the diamonds were not very shiny. While in the return window, I applied for a return and sent them back.

I received an email on 9/05 confirming my return was received, and clearly stating that I would have my refund processed within up to 5 business days. After more than 5 business days passed, I ended up contacting customer service 3 separate times about my refund.

The 1st time, I was blatantly told that I could expect my refund in my account by the next day. After that didn’t happen, the 2nd time I contacted customer service I was told that the issue would be emailed to higher ups and escalated, and to expect my refund in about 2-3…

Hello, My order # is 119542284. It was 2 parts of order delivery.

First part of the order was never delivered. 2 Items of pants, that package was left by the front door in public that has no camera. Delivery person never ring the bell, and did not left by my mail box, or by my door.

Second half of the order which is 7 seven jeans I received it, because delivery person delivered by my mail box. I created 3 case #'s that was denied. 12457611; 12466590;12470392. This is unacceptable, I am a valued customer more than 15 years.

This is first time happened to me, that the delivery person is careless, irresponsible, and left package like that by the front door, access to the public and not even inside a lobby. If it would be $20, I would not even waste my time and nerves to fight for it, but…

Your return process is not up to date. You MAILED me a refund in a gift card that I never even received. Then, spent 45 minutes trying to rectify it and was told it would be 2-3 more weeks to receive a new one.

Wake up Saks! Amazon is here to stay and they’re doing just fine with their returns and have customer service associates with brains. You couldn’t just put the credit on my Saks card?!? The emotional rollercoaster I had to ride for a simple $34. Stupid

I placed an order for multiple items. One item came with missing parts and one item was altogether missing from the order. I called customer service the morning I received the order and told them the situation. There was a cut in the box - not a hole - and was not sure if the missing item fell out or asked them if it was being shipped separately.

The rep stated that the item should have been shipped with the rest of the order. For the item that was defective/missing parts, the rep sent me a label to ship the item back which I did. Since I wanted the items, they told me I had to re-order them which I repurchased both (the defective and missing item).

It was a hassle to have to re-pay again for the items that were SAKS's fault (defective and missing). I think replacements should have been…

I am a big shopper. On two different occasions I returned a single dress to your store and wanted to purchase something elsei instead. It’s price was in the $50 range . Both times times it took two different people to complete the exchange.

It took about 20 minutes where other stores takes just couple of minutes. This last time I went in I was informed that the tag has to be attached. I did have the tag and receipt. That should be told to customers at check out.

I can understand if it’s a bathing suit or formal wear. I was acc used of washing the dress. I can asure it was never worn or washed. I bought and xl by mistake and thought it was a M. Terrible customer service .

I placed an order with Saks Off 5th online on 4/6/2023. I still have not received the order and it 05/18/2023. I have called for a refund three weeks in a row and they keep telling me it is under investigation.

The also keep telling me that they package was received back to them from shipping as not deliverable. Why will they not refund my money? like $137 dollars. Horrible customer service.

I’m extremely disturbed and frustrated by your company!! I made an order, Order #: 117773546, that was supposed to be delivered on May 9th. Well, it came May 8th, a day early, but I received the WRONG PRODUCT!!! See the attached to see what I ordered.

Instead I received a denim jacket. I had looked forward to receiving a great product at a good discount only to receive an inferior product, not at all like what I ordered. As it was the only one you had I am supposed to get a refund.

So, I purchased shoes offline that did not fit. I ordered my size but I’m guessing it run’s small and they didn’t have half sizes.. I called and they said I could return to the nearest store which was an hour away.

I called the store and they said same thing I could bring it.. I get to the store and the system is not letting me return my item because I used a prepaid card. I remind you it’s the same card I used to make my purchase!

So, I was told to mail it back to the online site. Countless time wasted . Never will shop here again

The customer services is terrible Thid is not the level of device I expected from Saks , or Iff Saks. I called for a call rice adjustment, it was denied . I called to ask why did a price adjustment have to be verified.

The technician representative can clearly check your website and simple adjust the price. I called back several time and was sent to escalations , do you believe the supervisor name Jordan asked me if I had a picture for f what the price was on the day I called .

I then asked for a return label because at this point I don’t even anything you all sale.. The price was back up to the original price at this time. Terrible Terrible experience

I called the SAKS Off 5th customer support 4 weeks ago March 13 and opened case # #12173010 Order #116764879 because I received the wrong package and never my sandals! I sent Resalyn Tachado from customer service all documents she reqiured!

Had to call many times to get my money back for not delivered package. They used not reliable shipping company that did not deliver package to my apartment. No package and no money still. Spend hours talking to supervisors. They do not care about customers, keep talking whatever on their guideline, no help at all, no report or proof on any investigation if it was ever conducted.

I ordered a set of Tumi luggage but did not receive the entire set (three pieces). I contacted customer support to report this and filed a claim, within 48 hours my claim was denied. I contacted them again and the opened another claim a couple of weeks later this claim was denied.

They said they had ‘photo proof’ from FedEx that the items were delivered but in fact the photo proves my case, it shows only one piece of luggage was delivered. I am now returning everything I’ve bought from them that is eligible for return in protest.

I will have to pay a return fee on these returns plus I’m still being charged for the luggage I never received.

Saks paid dispatched a package via a third party. The third party sat the package pn the outside of my door. The package was stolen. I reported to Saks the package was stolen, I never had possession. They told me since the package was delivered they will not give me anything. No refund no replacement.

00 for boots I will never see. I'm very very disappointed and would appreciate a store credit or replacement of the merchandise. I am a single parent and wanted to finally buy someone nice for myself and can't afford to just loose the money. Thank you

I returned 3 coats in one box and was only refunded for 2 . Have made over 10 calls, and spoke to 2 managers. I don’t have the coat but someone there decided to take the coat that arrived and blame it on me the customer.

They say they cannot find the coat, they sent me a packing slip to return 3 coats, yet they cannot give me refund on one coat that came with 2 others in same box. Why is it my fault that their receiving department cannot find the coat?

I am the first time customer and after a month of fighting for my refund they refuse to return my money. I am moving in to my credit card for help, then a lawyer if need be

I ordered goods on January 1st. On the January 12th I received half the order. I have called the cutomer service line on two occassions. The first time I was met with waht soundedlike a party going on in the abckgroaund.

On that occassion I was promised by the assocaite thta he was going to take full responsibility and own the ticket and that I would receive a followup email in 48 hours. Five days later I called up only to be met with the same person and again promised to be followed up within 48 hours.

I was given the excuse that they were waiting for an email to be answered by the distribution warehouse. When I asked how long ago was the email sent I was told 5 days ago. I said really, dont you think that is a long time for a reply from an email.

I purchased a dress (TIMEA DRESS) from SaksOff5th in December; the SHIPPING SUMMARY reveals Order # 115438607 and Item #17792718. 22 I have reached out to both PAYPAL and Saks. PayPal. A PayPal representative told me that Saks also receives the money from a PayPal purchase. 74).

A few hours later, he sent me an email revealing that members had denied my claim because it was against PayPal rules. I talked to a representatives at SAKSOff5th who could not give me any information about PayPal. He took my telephone number so someone would call me concerning this matter.

THESE ARE THE BASIC DETAIL. This is my contention. I shall not pay a double price for a purchase. What Saks GUIDELINES are in place to avoid such an injustice? I bought the garment from Saks not PayPal*Honey.

For 9 days ,I have been speaking with their chat experts, writing letters to customer service and even spoke to a manager that was to get resolution for me , all I get in return is a computer generated message . I am an OFFICIAL customer , order every week. My favorite store actually.

Recently a second half of an order , $75 worth said it was delivered and it was not . They do not have picture proof of delivery, my cameras do not show delivery, my neighbors do not have the package.

I have no way to track , other than it states delivered . I have asked that the items be resent or a refund with no action. Do they protect their customers from theft or scamming? So far , I don’t think so.

I didn’t receive my package that fed ex said they had delivered. I filed a claim the claim was approved but 14 days later they denied my claim stating that the lady who authored my approval of my claim didn’t have authorization to approve it. So they denied it.

I paid close to $800 on this purchase to have lost my money and my merchandise. So I’m just out of $800. I think not! I will take my business elsewhere and let everyone know that Saks is horrible to their own customers.

If I have to take this matter to BBB I will, I need some kind of resolution to this problem.

I purchased a watch from Saks Off 5th a Christmas gift for my daughter. When I received the order it was the wrong watch - a different brand altogether. I phoned Sakes Off and was told that the "watch I ordered was out of stock" and was offered a return. I was promised that the rewards I used to purchase the watch would be redeemed to my account. I was also promised that when the watch came into stock, I would receive a replacement.

I returned the watch (not easy, I live overseas) but never received the replacement watch or the unused rewards.

I've tried phoning Saks Off countless times with no result. I am an excellent customer and am disheartened at Saks Off's service. My days of shopping Saks off 5th or done! Attached is the purchase and return.

was never able to receive the shipment from FedEx, as I was not at my house to sign for the order. Therefore, it went right back to you Saks with Avenue. I only got a partial refund. When I called customer service I was told the other Burberry item was sitting in the warehouse waiting to be refunded. Unacceptable.

My Dec 14, 2022 order (#115220921) never arrived. After two online chats with your customer service, in Jan 2023 they sent me a link that alleged that the carrier had delivered the order to my lobby. I was never notified by Saks Off 5th or the carrier that the order had arrived in my lobby.

I asked for a photo of the delivered package but none was given to me. I received many deliveries from other stores in Dec and they all arrived in my lobby, including proof of delivery. I need to escalate this issue because I think it is wrong for Saks Off 5th to ignore responsibility for their vendor delivery carrier.

I should not have to bear the burden and expense of Saks Off 5th not having a reliable vendor.

I was in store number 780 in Northbrook Illinois. I asked asked to try on a coat that had a security sensor on it. I was approached by a employee by the name of Janet. I tried the coat on but needed to find a mirror to see how it looked.

I would give them no stars if that was an option. I bought a dress on line 4/13/22, returned said dress to store 4/19/22. SAKS unauthorized took money out of my Paypal account, emailed me saying that my “dress” is on its way 11/05/22.

I went to check out with $400 worth of clothes. I asked for my birthday discount and was told I wasn’t able to get it. I was told to call customer service which I did twice and got an auto response to email.

I was in the store, finally I got a correct phone number only to be disconnected. I called back, explained again and was put on hold. when the person finally came back to the phone, she told me I could only do this online.

I said I was at the store with all the merchandise. All the while the store manager was there but was of no help. Nor does this mention the rude help.

Finally I just walked out. Not only did they lose a sale, but they lost a customer for something that could have easily been resolved.

I placed an order online on 10-20-22 for 2 pairs of Karl Lagerfeld women sneakers. I ordered 1 pair of Cyrene Black and white size 10 and 1 pair of Milosa white size 10. 5 and they were scuffed, dirty and worn!

I have contact Saks Off 5th customer service at least 5 times by the phone. My order # 112992745 from sept the 7th was drop off somewhere and never delivery to my doors. I have lost my order, the items on sale and a gift for my niece.

I expect the same items to be handled professional way and replaced by sending with reliable carrier like FedEx or Ups or credit my account. Instead i have been charge interest and late fee payment for something i have never received.

OMG, Please save time and read the review on TrustPilot, this is the worst customer service you can experience, this is honestly a "scam" of customer services. Hours on the phone providing the same exact information to multiple people, complete lack of follow up, telling you someone will be in touch in 72 hrs, which no one will even after 72 days, and constant calls.

I honestly feel bad for people that had to deal with this customer service. I don't even want to wast more time typing to explain how they screw you over and how terrible they are.

If i could give ZERO start i would because they don't deserve a star for stealing my money. I placed a return in which they did not process in a timely manner. Two months later i moved and the bank account that was associated with the purchase was closed June 2, 2022.

I happily ordered 2 items from Saks off 5th online and was looking forward to receiving them. I got an email saying my order ( 110612273) was delivered on April 24th, however a tracking number was never provided, nor was any information on who signed for it.

As it turns out the package was NEVER delivered and although your customer service agents ( they need to improve the English as well as the phone connection) provided a refund, I really want to know what happened to the package. The address and apartment number were correct.
