I experienced horrible customer experience. Me and my sister have never been to this place so we asked if we order first with the cashier or order the food first. The cashier shook her hand and said next customer in a rude manner.
I stepped in and asked how do we order? ” And I responded that I do see the menu but I’m confused on how to order, are there any specials? Combo? And she said “you don’t see a cashier? I was very upset on how she was treating us.
Another coworker stepped in and asked what was wrong and I explained and he explained how to order. I asked to speak to a manager next and the manager also treated me poorly. It seemed like he didn’t understand what I was saying.
