I experienced horrible customer experience. Me and my sister have never been to this place so we asked if we order first with the cashier or order the food first. The cashier shook her hand and said next customer in a rude manner.

I stepped in and asked how do we order? ” And I responded that I do see the menu but I’m confused on how to order, are there any specials? Combo? And she said “you don’t see a cashier? I was very upset on how she was treating us.

Another coworker stepped in and asked what was wrong and I explained and he explained how to order. I asked to speak to a manager next and the manager also treated me poorly. It seemed like he didn’t understand what I was saying.

He said that I should leave, that he knows what I’m doing. I don’t want a refund. I just want measures to…

Teterboro landing store (8 Terboro Landing Drive) is filthy and a disgrace. Store needs to be renovated. Seats are ripped and dirty. Sarku should be ashamed of the present condition of this site..

This is complaining of Restaurant situated in Kiyose,Saitama ken, It's conducting by Sri Lankan Lady name Mrs RENUKA her knowledge of restaurant very bad,preparing meals are not quality all the Fish,Beaf, Pork, Chicken are keeping the Fridge at same temperature and every time end of the day remains are again kept at Fridge and steam and gave next day, So mostly gest are complaining about stomach pain after getting meals from the restaurant, Very bad smell coming when entering the restaurant it's due to rotten Pork and others and there are no hygienic methods to clean the kitchen . I ordered from east town mall in madison online for quick pick up from a dr. Appointment on my way home and after an hour drive i noticed a whole plate was missing!! Cant call the store and corperate office goes straight to voice-mail.

How am i supposed to get my money back for missing food? Im not gonna make a 2 hour drive for a 12 dollar plate of food??

I have went to order food and they just stand there and not even acknowledge you and when you walk up to the counter and ask if their open they will say we open at 11 or11:15 or eleven thirty it’s ridiculous how rude and unprofessional they are so I’ve decided to stop spending my money with them I enjoy the food but they have some of the worst customer service that I have ever seen and

when you order on line it clearly shows that you can pick up at 10:40 but they make you wait until they get ready to fix your order just plain rude and disrespectful as a business they don’t have any class about themselves .

I placed my order my order number was 066, there were 2 people ahead of me, 063, and 064, there was an issue with order 064. Once the ladies in front of me order was straighten out I stepped up, the manager asked me if I was order 066 I said yes.

The manager at the store. Irma, is very rude. And snappy towards the customers. And from what I've seen. Treats her staff very disrespectfully.... unless management changes. I will never go back... very poor experience.
