Well for starters how they freeze the meat at the Oneida Tennessee location not to mention they are sending workers to Walmart to check prices and then pricing their food for the same price when its supposed to be save alot and alot cheaper than what they are selling it for!

The worse is when they are having the meat manager and meat department employees to pull all meat thats almost out dated and wash it and relabel it for sale with a longer expiration date!!! Something has to give we the people of Scott County has had enough!

If the prices are going to be the same as Walmart might as well shop Walmart then what do we need Save-A-Lot for? We don't anymore!!

Was at your your Austin Peay hwy. store number 21622 in Memphis Tennessee, on 10/27/23 at 15:57:04. The store manager named Courtney is extremely rude. He walks around the store pushing cart's while customers are trying to shop. He does not say excuse me you just have to get out of his way or get hit.

He was called to the front to help his cashier print out my receipt that got stuck and his cordless phone started ringing. He threw the phone to the ground and mumbled under his breath with other customers standing in line.

He has no etiquette what so ever to be a manager or even deal with customers. My receipt says supervisor #109, the store will lose customers under his supervision because no one wants to spend their hard earned money and deal with his attitude.

The manager at your North Randall Ohio store steals from customer by putting one Price on shelf and charging more when he rings up at register. And he exhibit a violent attitude when confronted about the discrepancy. Save is ripping off its customers at your North Randall store.

I walked into the supermarket “save a lot” Danville Illinois 2 main st 61832. I was denied access because of my bag. I explained that I identified as a woman and my bag was a purse. Still denied access I politely stated that I-felt discriminated against but I did not want to cause a scene I left the store humiliated and sad.

As I sat out the store I watched multiple sis women walk in the store with purses easily as large as mine. Some with bags on their shoulder some with cute little bags on their back. Why can some people carry bags and some people can’t.

Save a lot store in Springfield Massachusetts. Every food market I shop at allows me to bring my own grocery bags. Save a lot place required me to leave my grocery bags. Security would not allow me to shop unless I left my bags behind.

This never happened here before and no other grocery store has thus policy. Listen, if they have been robbed before, punish the thieves, not the honest buyers. Never shopping here again. THEY NEVER HAVE is advertised. 3 times I have gone into the store to pick up an AD special. Today it was ribs......for the 3rd time in 3 visits, they did not order it and it will be in Saturday. This seems to be the response each time. Ad comes out on Wednesday, truck did not deliver it, we will have it Saturday. This sounds like a great way to save money by not having a product on sale and cutting out 3 days.......saves the store a bunch of money. I asked for a substitute product since this is a weekly Ad sale....NOPE!, I was told they would lose money. I am tired of going to a store that does not have what is advertised everytime I am there. The Store on Gettysburg has actually threatened me on occasion. The Managers stalk and verbally menace me thru the store in retaliation for a self defense case from 39 years ago. African American men are menacing me here in Dayton Ohio.

I need to report an incident occuring on 04/12/2023 at approximately 12:15 pm. Upon trying to enter the store with my service dog, I was encountered by a large security guard, female. She told me in a very nasty and aggressive manner that no dogs are allowed and I can't go in with it.

99/lbs that was listed at the tomato stand. 27 lbs, so I wasn't too concerned.

However, I thought I should mention it to the cashier who responded "I just ring it up for what it says". THAT bothered me. This isn't the first time that the stand price and the register price are different. 15.

But shouldn't the response be that we'll fix the problem? Poor customer service and poor employee training has become the norm. Sad.

We went to your Gladwim MI store. The store was clean and organized. My complaint is the male cashier. This had filthy clothes on and his hair looked like it had not seen a shower or brush for a month. While we were cashing out a different cashier opened a second cash line. That young man looked very neat and clean. Who ever is the manager of this store should have a standard to follow. Clean clothes and clean hair. I wished I took a picture of the person that is representing your store. The manager should be ashamed to have such a person working in that store. If and when I go back there and that kid is working I will definitely ask for a different cashier and if there isn't one I will leave the store.
