I signed up for the in store digital coupons and got the save mart icon, but every time I try to use them the register says my number isn't registered. I have the icon and get all kinds of ads from you but it won't let me use the coupons that I signed up to use.
I have been fighting this for six weeks and I have called the number on the receipt for help three times in the last three weeks and every time I call their is a message saying that qll the customer service people are at a monthly meeting. I leave a message and never get a call back.
I am ready to see if I have a case for false advertising to file against your store because no one at the store knows how to solve my problem and keeps telling me to call the number on the receipt anbd I already told you how "useful" that is.

am emailing because I feel that I was discriminated against by a grocery chain in my area of Fresno, CA. I entered a Savemart grocery store anywhere from about 5pm to 7pm. Looking to buy some corn at an advertised price of 19 cents an ear.
I grabbed 25 ears of corn. When I got to to register however. I started with with male cashier who did not apply the advertised coupk. Price of 19 cents and ear. When pointed out to the male cashier, he then called upon a female coworker for help whom informed me that I must have the stores phone app to receive the discount and that there was a limit of twelve.

When I was checking out, I grabbed the conveyer belt divider so the next customer could put down their groceries. The cashier told me to "Wait a minute" very sternly. " And then he gave it to me two seconds later. Kind of weird?
I don't know what the issue was but there's a nicer way to say that. Felt very demeaning.

I would like to know when this save mart is going to stop freezing out the customers this store is so cold I can’t stand to b in it and it’s the only grocery store in town that carries everything we need I should not have to were my jacket in this store and b so cold that I can’t wait to get out it’s colder inside than outside this store and the people who work there have to use coats and gloves and scarves to keep warm while working! I came in to get vegetables for dinner tonight. The shelves were bare and the vegetables they had looked horrible. The lettuce was almost white. The cauliflower was brownish colored not white. 99 and it was all bad and filthy dirty.
The produce manager needs to make sure they are putting fresh vegetables out or discount the prices. This is the third time this has happened in the last few months today I just walked out. You want to charge high prices for bad vegetables then I will not be back to shop.

They said your granddaughter picked it up I said no I don't have a granddaughter I asked them if they had a policy concerning returning items that were found they said yes must show a id well I asked was policy followed they weren't sure I go down there talk to actual manager and he said he asked her for id she didn't have it and she stated it was her grandmas purse and she told them my name and that was all and he just gave it to her without any additional proof .
