My recent purchases of Scotts bath tissue have been disappointing. The rolls of tissue are now thinner that they have been in the past and are so thin that they tear very easily, even when the sheets are doubled or trippeled.

My wife is so disappointed that she wants me to go to another brand. Do you plan to make the tissue thicker, because I know you have had many complaints lately about this.

the toilet paper should in reality be called paper thin tissue paper,I don't know how you people have the nerve to sell this product,it is pretty bad when you can see thru it,it is that thin.never have I seen a toilet paper that thin.I think the best use for that scott's toilet paper is for use in wrapping a gift,or maybe that tissue paper is thicker,than your toilet paper.You people are really ripping off the public with crap like this product.My husband picked it up by mistake,and he will never make that mistake again.

This is not acceptable. The receiver waited all of the day for the package!! She phoned UPS and they informed her that they could not find the address. They did not even attempt a call. The area has had this issue before. I would like to place an official complaint!

We recently purchased your Scott Brand 45 rolls, 1000 sheets per roll at Sams Club in Bloomington, il. I have to say it was,the worst toilet paper we have ever used. we didn’t even use a quarter of the very first roll.

It’s very thin and a terrible texture. We gave it all to Goodwill. We,are both retired and it was such a waste of money. We were very disappointed and now we have,to go buy another brand that has some,thickness and texture to it.

I always by Scott paper towels. My last purchase was a 15 pack of choose a size. Much to my dismay all 15 rolls had no perforations on them. Now I have to rip pieces off. UGH!

They are hard to tear because of no pefferation, and comes off in pieces and uneven. Full quarter-inch shorter than the previous roll I had, which was a house brand from a local market. Bragging about sustainability does not mean being sneaky about reducing toilet roll size.

The price is rising but the rolls of toilet paper are shrinking drastically. I purchased a large bag in Walmart this winter, and the rolls were not as large as another bag of toilet tissue (Scott) I purchased late 2017.

Just recently bought another bag of Scott extra soft at Shoprite, and rolls are ridiculously small with hundreds of sheets missing from when I originally used this brand. Scott used to be one of the best brands on the market for quality and economy, but that is not true any more.

I will be buying a different brand on my next shopping trip for paper products. Even my parents used Scott products for years in raising their large family during the late 40s through the 70s, and they were very poor.

Scott 1000 sheets per roll [septic safe] is a worthless product, especially for heavier people. The sheets tear away and shred, and one fights to clean the remaining filth left behind [ no pun intended]. I have switched to Northern tissue.

I leave you with a hint: the amount of money for advertising goes up and the quality of the product or service goes down? Pay more attention to Quality. Are we evolving to a society with diapers forever?

I only use Scott toilet tissue ( for many years now ) , recently the last 2 large quantity packs I've purchased have had many rolls that start to shred small strips as I get to the center of the roll. Therefore much paper is going to waste.

I bought Scott Paper towels (UPC)5400036922- (L) 5086UO1174- yesterday from Walmart but the Scott Paper Towels got the big pack at Walmart and those are the select sheets and not any of the rolls will tear apart at the choice spot. Must have missed the inspection line. , very confused to what is going on with Scott corporate? I am a very loyal customer whom swears by your products and this past time I have been very disappointed with my purchase.

I've used Scott Single ply toilet tissues for decades. Never did Scott TP leave particles on your bottom never in the decades I creamed my face and removed it with Scott's TP did it leave particles on my face. It even looks different than the single ply for years that I bought.

I bought a single roll of tissue paper and found absolutely no perforations in the entire 1000 sheets of paper. I hate seeing any left over paper hanging after using the roll, but because of this defect, I had no choice and was very disappointed in the product.

Loyal to Scott 1 ply Bathroom Tissue but last 12 pack purchased in SE Pennsylvania. June 2016 will not tear at perforations resulting in a diagonal tear 8 to 12 inches long. Makes me wonder if it was done with purpose so that the roll would be used up faster.

I have no complaints about Scott Paper products. The tissue is very good and I have always considered it among the best in the market. However, I do not wish to be on your mailing list for such a sample.

I never requested a sample of your top secret toilet paper and I was very, very disturbed to receive this in mail box today.

Instead of the cheaper rolls..my mom talked me into buying the 1000 sheet rolls..so I bought the 12 pack...1/2 threw a couple of rolls...the perforations were not cut very well..and my 6 and 9 year old children had to tear and rip them off..and then unable to use them..when you get towards the end of the roll..the perforations are back..but in the meantime...we have lost alot of tissure.. I have a complaint about Scott Brand TP, it's thin toilet tissue advertized as a great value but it's not. I recently purchased a 12 roll pkg. which claimed long lasting value septic safe. In order to use it you need to use four times as much as my other brand ( Members Mark from Sam ) and even then it is thin.

The one ply was in small letters and hard to see. It certainly is not long lasting as one has to use way more. Awful product!
