I have written two letters (32 days ago no response) sent four e-mails, called their "circle phone call system" that restricts talking to a live person 8 times and have not been able to have my request (for a blank change bank form to be e-mailed/mailed to me) initiated or granted....The worst customer service that I have ever experienced. Thank God they only owe me six more payments, after that: freedom from such a poor service provider! DR
