ordered a 10 piece boneless wings with fries and a side of baked beans , order was wrong i received a 10 piece bone in wings with only baked beans took the order back and they gave me 10 bonless wings still with only baked beans after i stated it came with fries , & i added a baked beans . ordered a bacon ranch cheeseburger also , & didn’t receive ranch on my burger neither times .

We are frequent customers of Shane’s on Bass Road in Macon GA. We often place online orders thru the app. Today, 6/5/23 at 5:18 pm, I went into the store and I was the only customer there. I waited a while before the staff (a girl) finally came to the front and took my order.

When I got home the order was not what we wanted and paid for. I called the store snd was put on hold. After 10 minutes on hold I hung up and called again. Just got a busy signal. Now thirty minutes later, we are still getting a busy signal. 7732.

We have always had a great experience at this location until tonight. The receipt shows a 30046 under the date/time. Thank you. Ron Clark

I was an employee at Shane’s Rib Shack in Gastonia, NC. I’m February I broke my foot and had to have surgery so I couldn’t walk for a while. After a few weeks, the managers and owner started treating me differently and were being very rude to me.

One week I overheard from one of my coworkers that a manager said I didn’t work there anymore. Of course I was very confused because no one had told me about being let go and I certainly hadn’t given anyone a letter of resignation.

After trying to get in touch with the managers, I was either ignored or told they didn’t know. I had to get the number of the owner. ” and proceeded to tel me I had been fired. He told me he had a meeting with the managers and they decided it was “for the best of everyone” that I was let go and that everyone moved on.…

7pm Sunday. I’m standing in line behind a Uber eats. Young man with a hoodie helps Uber eats. It takes about 10 minutes. I’m patient. There’s no one else in the restaurant. Another Uber eats walks in beside me, mind you the young man hasn’t even greeted me for these 10 minutes.

The second Uber eats enters he asks his what order is he looking for?? I’m a paying customer waiting to be seated! I tell him you know I been standing here, why you just going to skip pst me. He tells me, shit these folks already paid they money.

I’ve been coming here since it opened. I live right down the street. Walking distance. This was my favorite restaurant in the neighborhood for years. I’m done. That was the worst costumer service I’ve had in awhile. Enough to make me complain. I don’t complain.

SEEMS LIKE EVERYTIME I VISIT SHANE'S, I HAVE SOME SORT OF PROBLEM. EITHER WITH POOR FOOD OR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

MADE ME HAVE TO GO INSIDE FROM DRIVE THRU TO ORDER FOOD, AFTER TELLING ME MY CARD WAS DECLINING WHEN ALL THE TIME IT WAS YOUR SYSTEM THAT WAS DEFAULTED. THEN MADE ME WAIT WIT MY FOOD ON THE COUNTER WHILE THE GET THEIR MACHINE TO TAKE A BACK-UP PAYMENT. AT THAT POINT MY FOOD WAS COLD. RECEIPT SAYS ONE PRICE BUT BANK ACCOUNT SAYS ANOTHER TO BE TOLD IT WAS A SERVICE CHARGE THAT DID NOT SHOW ON MY RECEIPT.. GOT HOME WITH MY FOOD AND IT IS JUST LIKE I TOLD HER... COLD!!!

NO RESPONSE FROM LOCAL OWNER sent 21May2022 Mr. the store's inside dining area is in need of attention. The Beverage station has been removed and left in the dining area. and staff feel bothered when asking for refill . I have stopped my dining-in , as the customer service from staff is not what we expect from this restaurant.

My family is always pleased with Shane's food and the BBQ . S. , it was great and service was superior. I hope that the comments addressed will Warrent attention to our local Shane's and it is improved soon…

Hello my name is Anna and I am filing a complaint because I text christean a while back letting her know that my husband was in the hospital with a upper respiratory infection and I talked to the regional manager Anthony and he said that he had to talk to the management team and another lady that works there told me that I didn't have my job no more because of something that I text to christean explaining my situation. Please reply back asap thank you
