I am making this complaint because I have not been able to reach the agent. I feel that he has been avoiding me for over a month. My mother recently died, Oct. 29, 2023 and I notified the office in Chillicothe and was told that he was out of office but would call me back.
I explained about my mother's passing at that time. That has been over a month and 6 phone calls and a recorded message on the office phone later and still no contact from him, Matthew Leamer. I need to know if my mother's house is still covered, it is unoccupied at this time.
It has been winterized and we have neighbors walking through twice a month and sheriff's doing drive by's. I have not been able to tell him any of this because he will not return calls. My mother had insurance with Shelter for over 49 years and…
