www.ShopClues.comI have purchased laptop online. My order No is 89930599. Unfortunately I have got laptop without Hard Disk. I have lodged returned request and this request has been approved by the company. On request of company I have send back laptop through courier.
Now company has denied that company will not pay the courier charges of Rs 1550.
Ordered a Dell laptop from 'Shopclues' website and it was cancelled due to location which was not 'supported'. Did not inform while payment. I was in fact ready to collect from any specified location. But I guess they didnt have it in their stock.
They said they would refund in next 10 days which means no money till next 10 days and so I cant buy it from external source either. My order no. is 40323427.
