Hello, I would like to file a complaint regarding a worker at your Fayetteville GA location. I do not know her name but she is handicap and walk with a severe limp. She very much need to be trained on customer service care.

She's extremely rude and answers with a harsh tone. On 1/6/2024 I was there buying an indegint family whose three kids did not receive Christmas, warm clothes to wear. Your worker made me feel very uncomfortable the whole time I was there.

She watch and had others from the register to come watch me as well. My buggy was full, however, I was shopping for 3 kids.

My name is Laura. I grew up in Parma, Ohio and completed four years college, worked with several businesses, department stores, and restaurants and schools. Just a couple years back, I was looking for work, I needed work, and JCPenneys sign said open interviews on certain days.

The HR woman refused to interview or offer any work to me. And I did have previous work with JCPenneys too. Months later, sign was up again advertising hiring with JCP. This time the HR was younger male, he followed me around the store, making unwelcome unecessary comments.

Purchased a blue tooth speaker at wtby CT locations I spoke with the manager to try to resolve my problem the speaker. Was used for 2 weeks. I was told no exchange or refund the manager. I took it to a speaker repair shop they told me that IC chip was bad it will cost me $100 to repair it.

I told him you're crazy and I will report you to the better Business bureau. I sent you pictures. And sent you copy on my credit card. I just want it repaired and that's all at the store they did not give me an insurance option$3 for 3 years through all state would repair at no cost parts labor.

Manager in Connecticut shoppers world do not listen to the complaints of the client. Was vulgar and disrespectful.
