My fiancee had the worst experience with the Star City,Ar location claiming fraud on his and his disabled mother's accounts. They froze all their assets for over a month(during Thanksgiving)for it to end with them being FORCED to close their accounts and go to another bank without a explanation to the accusations that prove to be false.

Michelle the "bank manager" act as if she was clueless to the reason behind the "fraud" actuations because what she was saying didn't seem to make sense. I really feel that the actions were rude and unprofessional. I have worked in customer service for over 20yrs and I know losing a customer is a BIG deal!

This was a huge inconvenience and caused alot of financial distress trying to care for his mother without access to her SSI benefits for medication and…

Wade Carter told us for months we had no worries with a construction loan. Every time he spoke with my husband, he told him everything was great. He had our information for 2 months, telling us we only needed to worry about one credit score.

He then sat on the paperwork for over a month knowing there were problems. He finally called telling us there was a problem with the fact we already had completed the foundation and that we would need to get paperwork notarized from any people that had done work proving there were no liens.

He assured my husband there were no other problems. After talking to Paula in Austin, she explained that the problem was they had to use my credit score and that Wade knew that. He led us on which has set us back on several things.

His professionalism is lacking…

Posting a 20+ page "User Agreement" that I'm supposed to read on my phone before I can even get into my account is disingenuous. You KNOW we can't do that. Send/email us a copy of the damn thing a month before we're supposed to agree. Also, include a section summarizing what you've changed, how it's different from the previous 20+ page document.

Your support is also lacking; I had to come to a third party website to contact you, as you don't have a way to email you after hours.

Please send/email me a copy of the "User Agreement" that I had to agree to without adequately reading, just to see my balance.
