Skyline Chili

My family has been a customer for years. We had the unfortunate experience to go to your Kettering restaurant at 8:30 pm. We ordered two small three ways and one regular three way and two coneys. Service from waitress was fine, she removed the three way after my initial complaint.

The noodles were over cooked ,stiff, hard and very unappetizing. The kids immediately stopped eating and wouldn’t touch their meal. I ate about half of mine. That being said the coney’s were good. I complained to the waitress and the clerk checking me out but no response from a manager if one was even present.

Note: The waitress removed my three way from the bill even though nobody else touched their meal. That will be my last late night meal from your restaurant. Just knowing that cooks willfully served us low…

We have been through the drive through several times in the last month. Northbend location Cincinnati. We have asked for our three ways to be juicy because we have been loaded with more spaghetti then anything. I repeated this at both windows tonight.

I pull up to see a lot of goofing off which I really don’t mind if my order is correct. This was the worst yet. Once again we received spaghetti with a scoop of chili and low cheese. 00 for spaghetti. It’s getting old.

Stand by your product please.

Skyline in batesville has really gone down hill last time I ate there 3 members of the group had stomach issues for two days and on social media I find a lot of others are feeling the same

I ordered a coney bowl and a few things upset me. 1) I didn’t not receive cheese 2) the chili was just lukewarm. I’ve been to the skyline on Route 747 in West Chester, Ohio multiple times and they always seem to preoccupied with everything else other than making sure someone’s meal is correct.

00 I expect it to hit and correct. This certainly has been a disappointment.

The decision to close the Covington, KY location is really a bad idea. It's the only one in greater Cincinnati that's worth going to. The staff has always been great, and the food is fresh and well prepared. If their hours hadn't been cut in half, they may be able to actually meet the financial goals demanded of them. What a freaking shame.

Brannon crossing, lexington ky. 8:30 pm, 1/30/23. Girl at drive thru talked a good 5 minutes w car in front of me while my food got cold. She said it was stores former GM. She was then rude in processing my order. I won’t be returning

yesterday you company charge on my credit card for 3 meals not one. 24 bills on my credit card. im going to stop payment on both charges. very very poor service. good food poor service

there was nobody waiting but me and they even forgot some of my food and had to drive all the way back hope you train your employers better they were very rude.

The skyline chilli on 1266 bardstown roaf Louisville ky 40204 the manger Kenny has a 15 year old working 8 hours ,6 hours on school days which is against the law something needs to be done

Been coming for THIRTY YEARS well not no more you pissed me off when you served me a dry BURITO that's totally unacceptable.Then your guy in the kitchen area needs a good haircut.And a hat you are working with food.Bad service bad food. 20 dollars wasted will not be back you will be lucky if I buy your nasty chili from the store A very cold day in HELL .Hope to see you close soon cause you are almost there. TERRIBLE customer service. Customer service at this location is usually fine, but not yesterday, 08/02/22. She was rude. I paid for my food and the cashier basically threw my change back at me, no thank you, no nothing. I will never enter this location AGAIN.
