I have bought a wireless mouse for INR 579 for which I paid vai my credit card from Snapdeal and I returned the product as the product was faulty. They returned the amount in the form of freecharge INR 579, and told me to transfer to any bank account I feel. I was fine with that but I transfer of amount to bank required verification from the same number via OTP which was not possible as I have already lost that number. I told them with the same , but Snapdeal denied helping and told this is the only option to transfer, inspite of their site stating, "Prepaid orders will be refunded to the original card/account used for payment. "
