Assembled a basketball hoop per instructions and once i was finished noticed it was crooked and off center. Went through the customer service route and kept getting asked for more and more pictures and closer pictures.

Finally i called back in to find out the representative i was talking to said the previous representative did not follow protocol and just closed my case. I bought this for my sons birthday 3 weeks ago and still havnt resolved anything.

I myself am a foreman at a metal fabrication shop so i do know a few things. There is no doubt that one of the upright tubes had been drilled off center and it could not be assembly error because they come oval shaped so you cannot twist them. Just so frustrating.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. They suck. 2 separate purchases both missing parts. I just wanted parts and they wouldn’t even sell them to me.

Didn’t get back to me on replacement prt issue and when I tried chatting with someone they sent two replies and then never replied to my last message. Now I’m left with an expensive basketball hoop that I can’t use because I’m missing one small piece that they won’t send…

We bought a spalding hoop with missing parts and screws! Reached don't to spalding on the 2nd? It's now the 21 st. Talked to like 5 different people. Was on hold forever. They sent the wrong bolts and screws the first time.

And had to contact again. And they sent out wrong ones again. So now I don't even wanna Deal with them. Worst customer service ever. Ps. One of the customer service person couldn't find the part. And I think she thought she muted herself.

But she said I'm gonna just tell her it's there. How rude! Never again.

Purchased potable basketball unit for $2500, delivered damaged! Filed for replacement as recommended by CS and denied. Going back and forth for 3 months now. Horrible CS and does not honor warranty.

Contacted Spalding customer service for warranty replacement of defective base on basketball backboard system. Filed claim as requested. Immediately denied even though within warranty period. When we asked to discuss it we were ignored by reps. Do not buy Spalding products.

Warranty will not be honored without receipt even tho manual says it can be honored. They are liars. Avoid.

Went to Walmart at the Stevenson's ranch location. It was worst customer service in the sports department. I did not like the new basketballs and the folks had no idea about sizing or quality issues.

I purchased a very expensive basketball hoop (over $1000) and 2 years later, I go to order replacement parts and they tell me it's discontinued and you're screwed. Not to mention the customer service guy was a complete jerk and belittled me.

They aggravated the wrong person! I will be calling daily until they do something about it.
