I went to speedway with 2 of my children and the worker watched us walk in and waited until more customers walked in the store to tell us to get out because my ex was caught stealing a few days ago. And since we had been seen together in the past i was not allowed in the store either.

How is that even right? I was not with him when he stole, he was not with mu children and myself. So plz explain to me why we have to pay for his wrong doings? It was very embarrassing to myself and my children and i am honestly thinking about contacting my lawyer

Ive complained to the GM Brandy, at the store 2242 N state st greenfield IN 41640. That was pointless maybe bc she reeked of alcohol. There's teo employees Zach mobley amd libbi bousman who i witnessed having sex in the car while on yourproperty, who also is stealing food and money.

Ill continue to report this til something is done. Its not ok. I know zach, was stealing becausei was living with him. She's helping him. Hes also scanning money to load cash to cash app with out actually paying for it..

Its sad that a GM can't keep her store in proper order. They all are also dping drugsand selling them. My nextstep is the BBB...

I was at the store location on Versailles rd in Frankfort today. The cashier was on her phone texting instead of paying attention the customers she was waiting on. Very unprofessional. Her name tag said Kayla

I was verbally attacked and threatened by 3rd shift employee after she felt i was looking at sunglasses too long since 'i can't afford them anyways" i was waiting for my grandpas vehicle to cool down slightly, stopped to put aliitle gas in before returning it to him. Was waiting for my friend to meet me there to follow me and bring me back home after returning the vehicle and on the way out the door the racks caught my attention.

I was in your new store at 2200 brickyard Rd. On 10/04/2023 at 7:18 pm. Store number 0006542 Midway Florida. And how can such a new store be such a pig sty. Toilet so dirty I couldn't even use the restroom I have lots of pictures but you program says they can't be downloaded, even the trashin front of front door was over flowing.

I use speedway (Fairview Ave Hudson NY) on a weekly basis for gas and VUSE products. I went there this week to get VUSE refill pods as I do every week and the pack that I purchased was an old pack (new packs have no cellophane on them, the old ones do) and

in the past, going back at least 6 months had bad pods/dark brown pods when they should be a light yellow color. VUSE has worked on correcting this problem and since it has been better. When I purchased these this week, I did not even think to look at the pack and didn't until I went to use one last night.

It was an old pack and there was one out of four pods that was light/usable. I went to the store today to exchange them and they told me that they cant. I know for a fact that they can and I have been at another location when there…

Disappointed in the appearance and your workers at 3088 Creekside Drive Hamilton Oh 45011. In the last couple of months, this store has gone down hill. It is dirty and your workers are more interested in talking with one another, on their personal phone or ignoring your customers.

Location is close to my home but in stead of going there everytime I need something or gas, I go to Caseys now. It's a shame that this company store has gone so down hill. If I could give it a zero rating I would.

I don't recall ever paying for something's 3 times on bub crap cigs am wondering if there is an error. I know one time I had to run out to my car for my id, possibly the sale wasn't cancelled and I was rung up more than once. I dunno. Could you please tell me what the purchases were.

Being harassed by cafe mgr at local speedway, in which I frequent daily, and spend $40+ every day. I will take my business elsewhere, if I have to!

I live in Minneapolis, MN and frequent the stores on 22nd & Lyndale and on Broadway and University. I have the same complaints about both stores. They are never open!!! Why in the world would you allow an employee to close down before 8:39pm and sit right outside the entrance door on her cell phone?

It's either that or everybody just wants to take a break in the back room with their buddies at any time if the day ir nit and just lock the door until they are done. All I will say is when you enter the store following one if these 'breaks' there is an interesting odor in the store.

I'm a transit bus driver for Smart Transportation and my route usually layover on Jefferson Ave downtown Detroit next to Speedway Store #8735.

The cashier are very rude with exception of a few, but most of the transit workers were told we couldn't use the restroom, even though we normally patronize your company.

I know it's alot of homeless and drug addicts that abuse the privilege but the public servants shouldn't have to suffer being we have no restroom aboard coach.

I purchased a bag of little Debbie powdered donuts for my 5 year old daughter, to get all the way home and then I realized that they are 2 weeks expired. I was told I couldn't get a refund or reimbursed because I had no reciept.

Ann Arbor, MI Miller/Maple. My family and I went to speedway after working for the day to use the bathroom and get refreshments. The bathroom was disturbingly gross and and smelled like wet dog. After deciding to still get drinks and a snacks we brought our items to the register.
