Yesterday, 8/14, I went online on my computer, to your website. I spent a considerable amount of time exploring the various offerings, and filling my cart.
At the top of the main page, clearly printed in black and white, (on the banner), it said “take 20% off your in-store or online order.”
Because I was not ready to complete my order, I reread the banner, and specifically the expiration date. Since the date the offer was ending was not for several days, I confidently closed my browser, with the intention of resuming my order today, August 15.
Unfortunately, after scouring your website, there was absolutely NO such offer anywhere to be found. I then called 2 local stores, and inquired about this offer literally “disappearing” off the map. They were not able to offer any explanation…
