I have a hail claim from hail damaged roof my house suffered along with significant interior water damages. Crystal Palacio is my claim Agent.

First of all, She denied my initial claim for "loss wages" saying i didnt have it approved first. Water was running down my interior wall, no one including myself would wait for approval first. It should be a no brainer and understood.

I have sent her every paid in full invoice and have been reimbursed for exterior only. Nothing interior and she now says My Contractor isn't getting paid anything either. He ran the whole job for 8 months supervising everything and everyone and spent countless hours of his time making sure things were right.
