86 charged to my credit card for the remaining balance. I received a confirmation number for the order. I have yet to receive the item as of 1/13/2023. I began emailing Stein Mart customer service on 11/30/2022. I have emailed them numerous times since to inquire about my order.
I have not had a response to any of my inquiries. I have tried to inquire with the online chat service. It is simply automated. Didn’t get any help. The 2 phone numbers listed online are not correct, 1-888-783-4662 and 1-800-447-8346.
I tried to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau of Florida to no avail. They indicated the business (Stein Mart) could not be found. I have never had such a terrible customer service experience.
