I purchased 2012 Lexus ES 350 in 2019. Ther Motor Mounts were bad. It took 3 months for the car to be repaired under the warranty. 5 months ago. I was told to call Sterling McCall Lexus, they referred me to Lexus Corp Serv.
They flat foo refused to repair or replace the dash because the company warranty expired in Jan, 2022. The warranty expired before the problem existed in my car. I was never notified that the problem oils/would exist. The Manager of Group1 that owns Sterling McCall and the Mansger of Sterling CCall apologized and refused to repair my car.
I think this is unfair and unacceptable to hold a customer responsible for a manufacturer’s defect that they were not aware of but the manager at Sterling McCall was mor than willing to give me a quote to have it repaired. Why he…
