I bought a refillable card $45 dollar one have the receipt and straight talk cs keeps saying it needs to go back to the store to be re scanned which I have done twice already its been over a week now I have emailed both card and receipt into technical department which no one ever bothered to even get back with me the 2nd time we scheduled a 3pm call back appt for the next day and again no one got back to me.

I DONT NO WHY THESE FOREIGNERS EVEN GET HIRED THEY DO NOTHING THERE TO STUPID TO SOLVE ANYTHING IT SOUNDS LIKE THERE ALL HAVING ONE BIG PARTY WHEN YOU CALL KIDS CRYING ANIMALS IN THE BACK GROUND CANT UNDERSTAND A DAM WORD THEY EVEN SAY. I WOULD MUCH RATHER CALL CENTERS BE SHORT HANDED WITH AMERICANS THEN THESE WORTHLESS FAKE NAMED SAND MONKEYS THEY ONLY MAKE THE SITUATION WORSE!
