I was shopping with my daughter for a few things and forgot hamburger when we were almost checking out so while she stayed with the cart I ran to grab 1lb. Of hamburger in a hurry to get back to my child I turned down the wring isle and was also reading a text that happen to be from my wife letting me know she already got burger so I turned around to put the 1lb.

back and am sorry to say but I put it on a shelf in the dry goods are and returned to my child in line instead of returning it to the cooler like I should have. After we checked out and was leaving the parking lot a young gentleman stopped my in my vehicle and accused me of stealing it in front of my daughter!

I assured him I didn't and did my best to explain where I put it back since it was in the wrong place but to look at…

We have been experiencing rasicm and discrimination at Superone Foods in Walker, MN 56484. We are a same sex married couple. Moved here from Las Vegas to accept jobs. We are native american and mexican descent. We have been treated extremly rude, horrible customer service, nasty glares, no communication, throwing our reciept at us like we are animals.

I reported this once before. The store manager called me and was very defensive about the comments I made. This was approximately 2 months ago. Nothing has changed and I took a video this time. I am prepared to take this to the highest level possible.

the manager are very rude and i used to work at super one in lafayette la on willow st and they dont want to write a paper are give me my paper saying i no longer work for them .

I have shopped at super one in natchitoches, La on hwy 1 bypass since their opening. From this day on I will never do business there again. One of the managers, Renisha is what’s on her name tag has ruined this store.

The last several times I have been in there she is not only rude, she walks around like she owns the place and no one can tell her anything. Not only has she been rude to me and other customers, I have also witnessed the way she talks to some of the employees.

She is down right ugly to them (only certain ones) and talks to them like they are trash. I have spoken with several other people and they have also said super one will no longer get their business as long as this woman is employed there.

After the register rang up a wrong price the cashier asked Kayla at the Carencro location to check it. She came back with a picture of what I did not see. I offered to take her where I found it.

48 well that’s what it is. When I returned I told my husband how ugly she was the other little young girl just standing there started laughing. I asked for them to call a manager. She immediately ran to her.

I spoke up and said I was the one who needed to speak with her. I told her what had happened. Her response was well and just smiled. I just left. These employee’s actions are a a terrible representation of our town.

I am appalled and ashamed of their behavior.

Last night at Super one Foods on Oakes st. Superior Wi I was checking out my food and this cashier decides to use gobs of hand sanitizer on her hands , and than handles my food on the conveyor belt. Awful.

She gets this on my food. This same woman has done this a couple times before, but only she gets out her sanitizer spray bottle and sprays the conveyer belt with my food on it. I've had to leave my food and walk out of the store.

This is rude , and I don't even want my groceries anymore. They can do that when people aren't checking out with food. I was very upset with this gal . I don't know her name but she's in her 30s and reddish blond hair and worked at this store last night wed. May 17, 2023. About 8:30 pm.

I walk in at 12:41am and they immediately get on the intercom and say "store closes in 10 min". When I know it closes at 1AM. As I'm walking in an employee walks straight at me as if I'm not even there and clips my basket I'm holding.

Then as I'm checking out he was rude as crap didn't say a word hardly. No thanks no have a good night no kiss my ass nothing. And had attitude as he was handing me my receipt! Not sure what's up I shop here almost every night and this is bullcrap!

Store 606 Longview TX. Employee: Linda Frost. Linda represented to me she was the manager. (Store manager—not office manager). I was told by another employee to speak to the manager because the items I made a 50 mile round trip to buy were not there, but others similar were on clearance.

I bought a half pound thin sliced pepperoni from the deli. I gave a piece to my grandchild, it has plastic on it. The deli person sliced the pepperoni without pushing down all the plastic casing. I had to sit here going through piece by piece trying to remove the plastic and wasting some of the pepperoni.

The deli needs to be so it does not happen to someone else. I am annoyed and not happy that I would be serving plastic. I took pics of the pepperoni and the plastic around it.
