very hard to use THEIR 'circular' website - synchrony = care credit - 866 893 7864 on billing - 877 295 2080 on line some time ago - info i entered is correct but it doesn't work now - I HATE THIS BANK - IT DESERVES THE BIR5D FINGER SIGN

I made a large payment to my PayPal credit account (financed by synchrony bank) mid February. I asked a small portion of the payment be allocated towards a special promotion purchase (interest free if paid off before due date) that was set to expire in September.

The payment was allocated wrong and ended up adding a negative balance of over 10 thousand dollars overnight. I was told the balance was due to "expired promotions". The only promotion I had on the account was the one I previously mentioned that I was paying off in February and didn't expire until September.

After spending hours on the phone several different days a supervisor was able to tell me the error occurred during allocation and my true account balance, once corrected would actually be $669 not $16,130. This occurred as…

I opened a line of credit with Synchrony Bank/Living Spaces Furniture Co. I was shipped damaged items I made several attempts to contact Living Spaces by telephone and email to inform them of the damages and asked for information to return all items my emails went unanswered and Living Space has no voicemail and I was unable to leave messages.

I filed a dispute with Synchrony Bank the end of 6/22 I received a message on 7/22 the dispute was in my favor, but I never seen a credit to my account. I wrote the bank inquiring about the dispute and credit they claimed to have a made a mistake and apologized for the confusion and reversed the dispute I won.

They continue to this day to say and state that Living Spaces contacted me which is untrue and that I need to contact the warranty dept, I…

Hello my name is Cruz Ceja on January 19 my bank sent Synchrony Bank a payment for 121 dollars due to my mistake i put the wrong address it went to Northridge Cali. I had my bank stop payment on February 9 i had my bank help me call Synchrony Bank i spoke to a young and told her that i had stop payment she told me that she need 30 dollars from me to bring current she also explained to me about auto pay which set up for me well that didnt work i kept checking and

Today, I went to Mattress Firm, selected a mattress and adjustable base. Tried to set up an account thru Synchrony Bank to pay over 12 months with no interest. It was a nightmare. Could not get thru the account setup program. The salesperson called Synchrony.

The agent had us walk thru steps - that did not work. We did it multiple times. The system kept deleting info we had put in, kept cycling to not allow info to be put in. At one point it said I was approved for $6,000, but that disappeared.

This went on time after time. Now I have been told I am going to receive a denial letter - because WE TRIED TOP MANY TIMES! I assume that will have an impact on my credit rating, having a credit request denied.

That makes me very angry. I finally gave up. We charged the order on a credit card.…

Trying to activate my account and fund it seems to be one of those situations where you just can't get there from here. I was told to go to Move Money and then to External Accounts. It said to then follow the directions on that page.

There were no directions on that page. It just said that verification was pending and failed to provide any way to move forward. Thew test deposit and withdrawal had been processed days earlier. Inquiries on the internal message section in getting responses that were not responsive to my questions.

They told me to do things I had told them I already did. I started last week. I am no further ahead now.

Twice with in two weeks these guys closed two of my accounts I never had a miss payment with them I am 65 and still working when they close my accounts it hurts my credit I hope there is a suit I can participate in they nothing but crooks I have a few other accounts with them if they close them I know it’s age discrimination beware I want take closing my accounts lightly and will be looking for legal action and besides I have never authorized them to run credit checks on me

Your fraud department stinks to high heaven. I notified you weeks ahead of time of my move giving you all the information. Now you froze my account THREE TIMES, twice I had to jump through your hoops to include the 5 step verification process including a 5 second video of my face and photos of the front and back of my drivers license etc….

This third time you tell me I have to wait for a letter from you and call you back. THIS IS THE WORST BANK ever and I filed complaints with both SAMS CLUB and the government. This is what we get when the fraud department is in another country and is reading from a script.

I called 6-21-22 talked to Daniel ID#1687 WHO WAS SO RUDE. I HAD MADE MY PAYMENT IN MAY FIR JUNE, MADE MY PAYMENT JUNE 7, HE TOLD ME YOU COLUD NOT ACCEPT EARLY PAYMENTS. I HAVE ALWAYS MADE PAYMENTS THIS WAY NO PROBLEM UNTIL NOW.

GOT A BILL SAYING PAYMENT DO BY 7-8-22. IF I PAID TOO EARLY THEN SEND MY MONEY BACK. ALWAYS PAID MORE THAN PAYMENT DO. NOW THAT IT IS ALMOST PAID OFF YOU PEOPLE WANT TO COME IP WITH SOME CRAP LIKE THIS.

I NEED A RESPONSE NOW AND I AM MAKING YOU AWARE THAT I DO NOT APPRECIATE THIS.
