my mom had a care credit account. they called her when she was alive to talk to me about her account they said we need the name of the person to talk to. my mom had 6 strokes and when she died she had a shredded heart.

no synchrony bank committed fraud they put the card in my name and now trying to get the money I was never an account holder 4 people said from synchrony bank i owe nothing. and now others that do the billing say I do and i called august 3rd and the guy said i do not they sent it over to a debt polace and they say i do not and synchrony bank committed fraud. my mom is dead

As a long term Amazon/Synchrony Bank buying plenty when on Vendor turned out to be FRAUD, Amazon said they refunded my amount to the Bank card all that is a LIE, still waiting nearly on month and no one knows what is going on ?

Open up an account on the 8/17/2021 and they have closed my account without any previous warning. It hasn’t been a yr yet. They also pulled my credit twice. When I called the first time 3 days ago they said that credit karma was wrong that my account was active and now 3 days later I called again because it still shows up closed and they said oh well to bad.

It’s a rip off borrowing 3,000 dollars and less than 3 months I want to pay off loan and got to pay 700 dollars in interest with someone with good credit score, I hate to see what you do to people with bad credit, no wonder when people are down can never get back up from debt.

i want to make a new complaint for this reason and correct their wrong counting.
