Synovus branch, located at 18My55 Barnett Shoals Road, Athens, GA 30605 is allowing a group of older women to march up and down the street in front of the bank, waving voting signs. This is causing drivers to be distracted.

It has been going on every day for several weeks. My next step is to file a complaint with the police dept. I don't know if the bank endorses this behavior or not. If so, I will be choosing a new bank.

I just called the customer service toll free number to inquire about a fee that I received on my account. The rep told me she couldn't help me and a supervisor wouldn't speak to me and told the representative to tell me that everyone was in a meeting.

I know that's a lie because all supervisor cannot be in a meeting at one time. Someone has to supervise the representative. I know, I use to for a call center at a bank. Ridiculous how they treat customers but your business.

I have a credit card and a loan with Synovus Bank before I did a loan and credit card I had a credit score of 786, now it’s way down even though I pay my credit card each and every month more than supposed to. I usually go to the drive thru to make my payments but this time I was online and made a payment they immediately hit my credit file saying 30 days late.

First I pride myself in trying to keep my credit good. I DID NOT need for Synovus bank to do this. I recently moved I put in a change of address with the bank alone with a request for a new loan payment book.

In which neither were done. I would always pay more on the amount that I was paying when I got the credit card . NO ONE MADE ME AWARE that it was more. If you look on my credit report before SYNOVUS PUT THAT ON MY REPORT IT…

Telephone response time is unbelievably long then you find you need to wait to speak to some else.

All I need is to log in to protect:synovus.com. I thought that I had logged in but when when I sign in the system would not accept either my user name or password. Should not be happening! Then I call the number for not being able to login and I waited 40 minutes and am told that I had to wait for someone else.

Can you provide info via email what I can do to register for access to the credit reporting.
