On 2/24/23 someone named Taylor from Target Headquarters called me around 11:05 AM regarding a complaint I had regarding my store experience where I was discriminated against for being Asian and the Target call center where a "customer service rep" named Stacey kept saying "Sorry YOU feel that way" in regards to my complaint.
There was NO accountability on how I was treated from the employees. Anyways Taylor She was completely apathetic and rude to me. " I told her to stop saying that to me. My previous complaint was with Stacey who kept saying "Sorry YOU feel that way" to place the blame on me.
A real apology should contain an acknowledgement of how the employees at Target treated me and to take ownership of how they treated me instead of gaslighting me and blaming me for how I felt. "…
