I use their mobile app. MANY times I've gotten into a trade, or was about to get into a trade, and then then app kicks me off. It says "Your Session has been Closed". Today I was trading TSLA and did a PUT contract.
but then it kicked me off the app. I had to re-login. By the time I got logged in again, TSLA spiked back up and I was down $288! I talked to customer service and they said they'd only give me $150 as a "courtesy". Thats total BS.
It's an issue with their app as this has happened multiple times ONLY while I'm in the middle of a trade or when I'm about to confirm a trade. DO NOT use TOS mobile app.
