We had our nbn fixed just over a year ago, 12 months the newly supplied telstra modem died and was replaced with a refurbished one, we now are experiencing very poor to none at all , we have checked several times with outages and YOU say there are no outages in our area, we can't even do a speed test as we can't get a provider, this is on going, we pay for a product which are not getting, discounts are great ,but we just a better service, very poor service when we have been having many issues for years.
