Common Issues
It was a poor experience(5/4/23 PM). The food was extremely salty(Chicken,Falafel and White sauce). Seriously inedible. Mango Lemonade was watery and had a Perfume taste. In additon, my Son and I had the runs the next day(4 of us ate).
I feel as like I was robbed of my money. My Son suggested to eat here since he ate from a Halal Guys food Truck and enjoyed I eat out alot but will never go to any of your sites and will advise others to avoid
I walked in about 28 minutes before closing, and the worker made it very known that he had a problem with it. He made a face when I ordered, and gave me am attitude the whole way through. I didn’t know halal guys was okay with such uncomfortable customer service.
He worked in the Main St location in downtown Houston tx. Curly haired hispanic working on February 12, 2023 at 7:40-7:45 pm.
The food was simple- but fresh and very tasty. Treated my paramedic who loves your food. Bill well over 30 dollars for simple fare. You lost me when I needed a to go container as the portion was so large.
” Clearly this is an issue: a piece of foil would have sufficed. I could clearly see their hesitation over separating the cheap paper plates vs a tin with plastic cover. The manager finally decided that he could authorize the tin. FYI. Food is good. Prices could be better.
But the hesitance at offering a to go container left a VERY bad taste in my mouth. I’ll take my medics to other Mediterranean restaurants with equally wonderful food- who cater to the customer. Shame on you for putting your employees in that situation.

I won’t give halal guys Ashburn,Virginia branch any star mark because of their poor behaviour. I went their place and ordered two gyro one is regular and other one is small.But they give us small portions of rice and others item.Our food amounts is so less.This is the horrible place.
NEVER buy an electronic gift card from The Halal Guys! NEVER! Their electronic gift card process is utterly broken! I bought a $500 electronic gift card - a lot right? It never came! 00 added to it. Zero! they cancelled the card altogether! These folks are BUMS! Do business elsewhere. Halal Loser Guys!
