Spoke to a lady named nia with the Hartford insurance company. She was very rude and unprofessional when speaking to my grandmother Stella Taylor. And along with me jasmine Taylor. She spoke to us both as if we are illiterate and didn’t understand.

As we called to see what questions that had about my past accidents. She also refused to give id/badge number so that I could have proper information so that her call with us since it is on a recorded line could be pulled up by management.

I was involved in an auto accident 1/31/2023. Since then I have been working with The Hartford's Eastern Auto Bodily Injury Department regarding my claim. There was an incident involving a Team Lead Joseph Parenti with an inappropriate and unprofessional call that took place 02/16/2023 after hours while he was actually not even scheduled to be in the office I found out.

I attempted to file a complaint regarding the matter in which his fellow colleague Brenda Whilby then took upon herself to resolve\cover up the complaint without actually speaking or notifying me. I spoke with the Team many times previously requesting information on the complaints department and how the process worked.
