I deposit 7388 with was a 401k check on Thursday April 4, 2024. I went in to the branch on Saturday because it said only 500 was available. I ask her why their no holds on it. She said it will be available on Tuesday.

On Monday I tried to log on and my account was lock. m and was told my account was being forced closed. I ask why and was told a letter will be mailed out. I ask about my funds and was told I can withdraw in today Wednesday April 9.

I go in and was told no I can't it will be mail out in 30 to 60 days. Now you tell me you close my account and I don't have fund to live on for 30 days to 60 days.

Huntington closed my account not able to access money I’m getting late fees on all my account can’t pay my rent I can’t wait for the check to be mailed I have no funds to pay my bills how is this legal no one is going to pay my late fees I have bills that come off my checking account this is brutal

We went to your Big Rapids, MI branch TWICE to take out a CD. Both times we were told it could not happen due to trained people were not available. We live 30 miles from the bank so I am sure you can understand how frustrated we were.

Due to that frustration we took our $100K and purchased a CD at a lower interest rate at a different bank. Might we suggest you have more/better trained employees at your branches. Thank you for your time.

Tried to change how the checking account names were on account for conservatorship for court and was told can’t be done need to open a new account and then they still couldn’t word names as the court required was told I still had to sign for new account even though it was wrong and told they would get it right and call me never have treated very poorly at flushing mi branch have been a member for over 40 years so mad about how I was treated will be closing all accounts your customer service there was terrible

The manager, BJ, at our local branch (5338 Wales Ave NW Massillon, Ohio) is maybe the worst service employee I have ever known and definitely the worst bank employee I have ever come across in thirty six years in business. She is habitually late to meetings if she shows at all, completely disregards requests for information and/or service, has no idea to whom she should escalate opportunities or concerns and regularly gripes to me and other customers about how bust she is and how much she hates her job.

I have never got so many runarounds from a bank in my life,They lie to yo they never call back when they say they would,they even lost my payoff checks signed for on the 26th oct, found them nov 2nd,how can a bank lose a check, was told lean was mailed on nov9 I called nov16 you still have it,talked to lady today in flint much finally got answers great lady, never again with this bank

On 11/04/22 last Friday I had around $800 in fraudulent charges on my account, when i called and spoke with someone she stated it seemed to be some sort of computer hacking device due to the seconds in between the transactions. ( I worked from 930am until 730pm that day and had to take time away from my job to call and deal with this) There was a total of 49 transactions in different amounts totaling$1800 because there were some more through the month of October that I did not notice.

I have been banking with this bank for almost 2 years and have direct deposit and never had any issues up until now. Mind you never once was my account ever able to overdraft more than $300 even if I needed to for bills but these fraudulent charges have me overdrawn over 1500 however and changing me fees for…

I deposited a check for $953.70 into my account with a positive balance of $0.73 with an account that does NOT have overdraft but as soon as I deposited the check I went $451 in the negative and got a deposited $453 to my account and was left with $1.43 when I actually should have $954.43 and I know that the check cleared. I have all the documents to back up my claim.

My son Joshua Mullet. Scheduled an appoint with huntington bank in orwell ohio on Sat. October 29 th @ 11:30 pm. Interested in getting a credit card through huntington to build his credit now that he's graduated and has landed a career his future goals were to get a card thru his bank.

To build credit and save to buy his first home and save for down payment thn finance. not acceptable customer service. Joshua trusted his bank and went with questions and future goals n left feeling discouraged uncomfortable n misinformed other thn interest rates info..

I made an ATM withdrawal in the amt of $500 from a Huntington Bank but never received the cash. The ATM never dispensed the cash,so I immediately called their customer service and made a dispute about the situation. I make a dispute with my Credit Union as well.

I was told by both financial institutions that the issue would take 5-10 business days to resolve. It’s been a month and Huntington Bank not only told my Credit Union that the ATM balanced but they also said that I was never at that ATM to even make that $500 withdrawal.

I have the evidence that I was there because the withdrawal posted to my account on the day I made an attempt to withdraw from their ATM. Ever ATM had a camera and I’m on that camera cause I was definitely there trying to withdraw $500 from this faulty machine.…
