September 22, 2023 around s6:45 I stopped at the Tom Thumb on Lawrence and Heath Texas. I went to pump gas and my debit card became stuck in the machine. I went into the store and a young boy came out to assist me.

He tried to get the card out, but it was stuck. He told me that this happens quite a bit and he usually can get it out. The young boy went back into the store for help. Another boy came out name Brandon he tried to pull it out it didn’t work.

He said he was going back into the store to call the Director And he would be back. Brandon came back and told me that he had called the Director at the store and that these pants were not owned by Tom time they were leased and the company that services them would have to come out and remove the cart.

I visited the Tom Thumb location at 5809 E. Lovers Ln, Dallas, TX 75206 last night (8/30). This location is extremely convenient for me as I live just down the street and less than half a mile away. I shop at this location almost daily.

My visit yesterday evening was one of the worst customer service experiences I have encountered. I entered the store approximately 5 minutes before closing and had three specific items I wanted to purchase: a case of water, some gatorade and an item from produce.

I knew the store closed at 11:00 but figured it would be quick to pick up those three items. As I found the last item I was wanting to purchase, I heard an announcement over the sound system that the store was closing and for anyone still shopping to bring their selected items to be checked-out.…

I was racially profiled in dallas at tom thumb. This guy said he was security. I asked you was he folling me and he said yes. He said he was Rocky to save my files and steal anything. And said he had a pair of cuffs for me.

So I went and located a manager by the name of Julie.. She said he shops there about 4 times a week and she knew who he was. But he said he worked there. 6333 E. Mockingbird, Dallas Texas 75214. Store #2534.

I'm taking this matter very seriously.

I am a 20+ year customer of this store, but will never shop there again because of your fraudulent advertising practices. Personnel in this store, including the manager on duty, are ignorant and non-responsive. I will also notify the Texas Attorney General Consumer Fraud Division of my concerns so they can investigate your practices.

This store prominently displayed a sign stating price of grapes at 99 cents per pound with the applicable QR code. 99 per pound. Obviously the app did not work, and the manager refused to correct the matter. She was rude and unconcerned.

Over this minor discrepancy you have lost a long-term faithful customer, and I will make other customers in this area aware of your false and misleading practices. From now on, I will drive a little further and shop at other…

The store in wausau fl. Has a problem. It continually is out of products. Normal everyday products. Coffee straws sugar creamer. Etc. doesnt happen at surrounding tom thumb stores. Why is it just this one. It's not a one time occurrence.

It has become a regular thing. I frequent this store everyday i work,its my routine its very disappointing that someone does not fulfill thier duties to keep this store stocked appropriately. Please inquiry as to why and how this can be corrected.

Store # 900013. I was buying lottery tickets last night would go out in car scratch them off. Go back in buy another one. Well i did this 4 times. When i went to buy another ticket he said no can't sell you anymore.

You said the last one was your last one. Well if i would have won the big money it would of been my last one. But i wanted another one and he refused to sell me it. Said that i have been sitting outside in my car and now its a security issue.

I was like what i sit in my car to scratch off then come back in. He has very bad customer service. Even before he did this to me he was rude. No smiling just dirty looks.

My wife’s 2020 Land Rover was almost stolen several weeks ago in a Tom Thumb parking lot at dusk. The window was broken and both doors were damaged on the driver side. I asked the store manager to let me review the film, and he said loss prevention at Tom Thumb would not allow him to do so. Tom Thumb, I later learned, requires a subpoena from the police to even review it, so, therefore, since the police in Dallas have so much more to do, they’re probably not going to do it. I did have it dusted for fingerprints and they ran through one through their lab, but don’t know any results yet.

I live in the Florida Keys and there are several Tom Thumbs here. I go to the one mostly in Key Largo,FL. I don't go every day but maybe a few times a week I will stop and get coffee in the morning before work.

People on their way to work may be a little cranky and in a hurry. This has happened several times that I have stopped in there and they have NO COFFEE or they are out of sugar or they are out of creamer and it's not that they are out of it, there just isn't anyone stocking it!

Are they that short on help? The most irritating thing is to stop for coffee in a hurry and there isn't any! So I say to the girl you folks should not come between someone and their coffee! I was half joking trying to make light of it and she says well I can refuse you service.

Tom Thumb dallas Texas on marsh and Forest. Christmas Eve December 24, 2022. I’m 70 years old and have worked in retail for 34 years. I’ve worked with extremely difficult people. But never in my life have I encountered a rudeness and meanness (to the core) like I experienced with Lisa at the above location.

She was working in the office. I think it was around 3:00 but not sure as it’s been awhile. It’s taking me a long time to write because I wrote “social Tom Thumb” several times and they did not respond.

I shop there about twice a week but I will not be shopping there anymore because of this experience. Will someone please respond and follow up with this complaint. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter. Pam

This is about an employee you have working off of Centerville in Garland, Texas. His name is Philiph Danielson. He lived with me a little over 2 months. He did not bathe at all and likes to drink every day.

He sometimes goes to your store after work after he has been drinking to talk with the people there at the front of the store. While he was here, he punched in 2 doors, messed up my ceiling in my home and messed up something on my car.

The room that he stayed in was a disaster while he was here. He tried to keep me upset daily by being mean to me. He complained about your store not giving him anything after all the years he worked there.

Went to pharmacy pick up medicine for friend. Then continues to ask over,over,over till I told him I DON'T KNOW. Then gives me this look like he wanted to jump across the counter to hit me. Then started being an asshole about the date of birth,name,etc.

Worst customer service from cashier . I go to this site at least 3 times a week for gas and mainly deli. I ordered food the same as we always do because it's always same thing. The portions was half of what we get normally.

I waited to ask cashier and tell her how small and she didn't even look and said , exact words, its technically ok... I volunteered to open box so she could see and was told that's what it is. There was no care, didn't even try to see why I had complaint..

the wedges was so small my son couldn't eat because heat made them like rocks and was in uneditable. I understand portion control but to change after 2 years of me going to half and not even caring why I asked is bad service.

I wasn't rude and work with public for over 20 years myself

Went to tom thumb store#34 and assistant manager Chrissy from the name tag she was wearing would not sell me a pack of cigarettes. Said she couldn't open them till manager came in, plus she had her hat on backwards like a rap star and long hair down very rude and unprofessional.

Every time I go there in the morning s and she is there if my husband is with me its his honey or sweetie! Not cool at all makes you not want to shop there at all. I've been coming to this store for years and she has never been a nice person, or shes overy nice.

After being a customer of the Tom Thumb store at 522 Royal Lane, Dallas, TX 75230, for 20 years and having been treated by the employees there with courtesy and kindness, I was severely mistreated today. This put an abrupt end to the previously great relationship with this store.

Hello, I went tom thumb in chumuckla fl to get a few snacks and the assistant manager there named christy was very rude. Called my husband sex and when I said not to speak to him like that she told me to go to hell. Very unprofessional.

There a lot of people here in this small town that have had a lot of issues with her. The problem is the manager and her are best friends out side of the store so nothing can get done about this.

My wife went to our local Tom Thumb located at 3757 Forest Ln Dallas TX 75244, to renew my truck registration. The date was 12/19/22. When I looked at the registration a few days later, I noticed it was missing the sticker.

I was given the registration without the sticker. I immediately took it back to the store, and after waiting an hour, I was told nothing could be done and that I would have to return the following day. I expect to receive the correct sticker or a refund.

Please help resolve this, or I will continue to escalate this.

We got gas about 5:40 am on Dec. 24, 2022 and your pump overflowed (didn’t stop). We notified the attendant and he refused to give us any refund. He only said we could wait 20 minutes until the next person came into work to try.

The Store Manager /Assistant Manager was very rude & unprofessional towards me on Monday, December 19, 2022, at the Tom Thumb located at 1501 Pioneer Rd, Mesquite, TX 75149. I initially was in line when Gina, the Store/or Assistant Store Manager told me she would be right back.

She started waiting on customers at the customer service center and never returned. I then, went through the customer self-check-out and purchased the Green Giant vegetables that were on sale, but I was informed later that the bags of vegetables were not on sale, it was the boxed vegetables & I needed to go to the customer service center for a refund.

Yesterday, 11-4-22, I shopped at the Tom Thumb store number 3637, located in Richardson Texas. I have been a customer of Tom thumb for 46 years, I usually always have a very good experience at the stores. I was attempting to check out through the express line, the woman working the express was named Melanie.

I was attempting to get her to help me figure out how to use the online deals. Apparently, I have not yet figured this out, because every time I try to use them, I have to get someone to help me, I do not find it user-friendly.

I have used your pharmacy for 20 years in Southlake, they are wonderful. The pharmacy on Field Street in Dallas is awful. They do not inform the customer if there is an issue with a script. They just let you show up and tell you you can’t have it no matter the purpose.

Insurance denial, doctor phoned it in wrong, pharmacist decided to make a judgeMent call on what meds I can take… you name it. I have NEVER been treated so poorly

14999 Preston Rd - Dallas sold me old chicken ,I did buy a 8 piece roasted chicken. When I got to work and open the container it smelled so bad I was so embarrassed because my coworkers smelled it as well .

m. I went with my toddler to get some quick groceries. I got to the line to the cashier ( a skinny white young man) and since he started ring, I said please go ahead I will get my wallet in the car.

He had a bad attitude so I ran to get it and I end up closing the car door on my kids hand. That’s my fault, but when I walked back after hardly 3 minutes the groceries were on the side and nobody would talk to me while I was just trying to explain.

I just visited this store to make a purchase, while attempting to enter the store the store manager stepped into the doorway and started screaming at an employee across the parking lot.

I understand tensions are high, I understand that mistakes can be made by employees. But the behavior exhibited today was deplorable and the visibly shaken associate should never have been treated in such a manner.
