I have been trying to surrender my insurance policy since 3/31/23. I was told that it could take about two weeks. It has been over 3 months. I am getting the run around they keep saying they never received the full Surrender forms.

I have faxed and emailed it numerous times. I have called numerous times. I am now in a nursing home and I require Medicde insurance in order to have medicade I had to surrender my insurance policy. I need the information to show that I surrender my insurance policy by 5/1/23.

Called regarding my request for hardship. Representative condescending and attempted to mock customer. Very lengthy hold times and still no resolution or update
