The next morning while getting ready for work I had 5 welts. When arriving to the room after work on 12-15-22, I found 3 bed bugs. I took a picture and immediately went to the front desk and spoke to the attendant.

She told us she would take care of our room for the night and moved us. I had already paid for a week, 12-15 to 12-21. By them giving me that day it should have extended to 12-22-23. I was not rude as I know this is a hotel and things like this do happen.

It was 1am in the morning and a employee entered my room without consent or my awareness. I have anxiety and experienced an anxiety attack. I would like to be compensated before legal action has to be taken

This room was infested with roaches. Seeing as I am a diamond member on the Wyndham Rewards I believe the perks are upgraded suits, early check in and late check out. But I didn't receive any of the above perks.

Matter fact I was kicked out of the motel because my husbands cousin brought his infant child over for us to meet her. The manager came to the door almost immediately and told us for the first time that we are not allowed to have any guest and that we would have to leave tomorrow.

I didn't receive my deposit back or anything. The room had roaches everywhere. On our bed, falling from the ceiling in the bathroom and in my dogs food and water bowls that I had to change at least 5 times a day. Absolutely disgusting.

I checked in on July4 2019 to stay till July 6th. As I went up to my suppose to be a non smoking room. The room smelled like smoke, bath tub had mold on it, theres was only 2 towels in room.

There was a sign on their front door saying there will be no house keeping due to juky 4th holiday. So next day I had to get my own broom and cleaning supplies to clean my room on my own.

Some of the pillow cases were dirty, crumbs were on bed as we checked in like it wasn't clean at all. Worst customer service ever since like 10 of us were waiting on help on July 5th and wecwaited for 30 minutes for someone to arrive at front desk.
