00 per day fee to use the card. 00 flat fee for them to use their debit card. Mind you they were white, and I am black if they charged them a flat fee why was I charged a per day fee?

then I had to ask the agent to stop speaking to her friend behind the counter when she was waiting on me and I was speaking English to her, this made me feel some type of way especially when they were laughing. Were they talking about me I will never know because I don't speak Spanish and besides its rude.

We are trying to book a hotel via your website at the Tamala Hotel & Spa resort. We have clicked on the offer of all inclusive, with a best deal in a reduction of 39%. When we tried to proceed to book. The offer came up as bed & breakfast at the same price. There are only 2 rooms left.. please can you get back with your response ASAP. Please advice.

On the 22nd June 2023 I booked a "Private Virtual Walking and Punting Tour of Cambridge" for the 24th June 2023 - Reference Number: 1027722841. I never received the virtual tour. I raised this with Viator on 25th June and received a holding email ref: Refund Request - BR-1027722841 [ ref:_00Dd0gJSL._5006T2EFvCr:ref ]

Since then - nothing despite my promting on 3rd July and again earlier today

Please respond with a full refund and an explanation as to why you did not fullfill the original order Regards Paul

We purchased big bus tour in San Francisco through TripAdvisor, however there is no bus when we arrive the address, where big bus office is located. We waited there for half an hour. It’s cold outside. We had to give up and contacted TripAdvisor for cancellation.

As no one told us if there is bus or not, if yes, when is the last one? Someone from customer service ever replied that there is a last bus of that day at 4pm. Why didn’t you tell us beforehand?

Now they tried all the best to reject refunds. We can’t accept.

I asked TripAdvisor to find and subsequently book a transfer from Punta Cana Airport to our the Luxury Bahia Principe Hotel Bouganville La Romana Dominican Republic on 13th October 2019 and a transfer back from that hotel to the same airport on 27th October 2019. The booking confirmations which were sent from TripAdvisor to me by email both mentioned "Supplied by viator" and respectively bore Bookings refs: BR-679209312 and 679214834.

The transfer to the hotel with Dominican Tours Transfers contained the description "Private Transfers from Punta Cana Airport to Hotels in Dominican Republic" and underneath that description "Private-Van 1-10pax Uvero Alto (TG2)". The return transfer back to the airport by Nexus Tours Dominican Republic contained the description "Shared Departure Transfer:…

Indianapolis resident. You have a representative named Brandi and she calls twice a day or more harassing me with her calls. Today I told her I am going to the Attorney General of Indiana to stop your company from harassment.

Brandi had another one of your workers call immediately after her and started her spiel, when I told her to stop or I am calling the Commerce department of Indianapolis and issue a complaint. My son is dying of cancer and we have moved him home.

My husband is ready to go on kidney dialysis in the next few weeks. I am so fed up with your company reps that I am ready to file a harassment clain with State and the local police department; if this continues, I am going to see an attorney.
