I have been a loyal customer of Suntrust now Truist for 50 years and until this year had no problems and was well served by this bank.
However I am very unhappy/upset with the fact that the Fraud Dept is not answering their one phone line either for me or for my banker at the Williamsburg office. After many calls. My Credit card with Truist was hacked early October for approx.
$700 and I am still out of that money even after paying the amount on my monthly bill, waiting 2 weeks to get a new credit card and being told it would take 90 days to resolve the issue. It should been resolved the end of December and now it is almost the end of January and I am still out of my money.
This is very poor banking practice and I have heard from others who bank with Truist that they have not had a good…
