On 11/4/2023 I was traveling with my girlfriend Yasmin Morillo from Athens to Istanbal(TK1850) to Istanbal to Dubai(TK0760). While at ticket counter in Athens the agent stated I cannot have my 2carryon and duffle baggage on the plane with me and it need to go to cargo on the plane.

I advised her that my girlfriend is on medication and the baggage need to be with us due to the hours of flight to the destination. She sure me that we will receive our bags at our final destination. When we arrived to Dubai our bags did not arrived on TK0760(no where to be found).

We filed a lost baggage report with Turkish Air (DXBTK89038). Turkish Air will deliver to hotel. OK we waited till 430pm no bags arrived. We were force to go Dubai Mall to purchase clothes, medication for my girl friend and morning…

The Flight TK 270 Was delayed on August 3rd , which caused me and my 5 year old stay at the airport from 7 Am to 9:50 Pm until the next flight was assigned . no food no water was provided at that time.

They put us on the flight with Turkish airline as well at 9:50 PM on august 3rd to Istanbul without connecting flight to Houston Texas USA (as we supposed to arrive to Houston Texas airport on August 3rd at 7 PM . We arrived to Istanbul , and supposed to pay for lounge area since our connecting flight to houston was next day at 8 am .

All that delay caused me loss of money since i supposed to be at work on August 3rd I arrived On august 4th. Caused inconvinience to me and my 5 years old son , by staying at the airport 12 hours in chisinau moldova airport and another 12 hours in istanbul…

Non reported awarded miles to United ( partner flying company ) Last June I flew with Turkish Air from IAD to VKO, 4 flights, 14665 awarded miles to report to United. 6/20/2022 : RWDDPJ 6/21 TK188 6/22 TK415 6/28 TK412 6/28 TK187

This June United discovered that nothing had been reported. I had 6 calls, each 2 hrs with Turkish customer care. They denied all my claims due to 12+ months time period. I had a terrible experience with Turkish Airlines. At the end of May I traveled from Panama to Istanbul (TK0904) and from Istanbul to Belgrade (TK1081). Upon arriving to Belgrade Nikola Tesla Airport I noticed that my luggage had not arrived with me.

I immediately applied to the lost and found office. I have a lot of important things in my baggage and this problem really upsets me. I was left without nearly all my clothes, my favourite books, my diaries with personal information. It's really awful situation.

At business class check in for TK317, I could not check my luggage from Erbil to Calgary via Frankfurt transit to Air Canada. The checkin staff were not cooperative, rude and not helpful. I have previously checked luggage to my destination but today no.

On September 2021 my flight has been cancelled and the voucher for the next trip was issued on my name. Turkish airlines made a mistake in my name. I asked them to correct my name. I created the feedback and they replied to me that it is corrected and I can buy a ticket.

But … it did not!!! The name has not been changed. I created another feedback, result is the same!! It’s been already a MONTH since I have that dialogue with Turkish Airlines. Where to complain and what to do ????

It’s been so unprofessional and disrespectful to the client!

This is a formal complaint about our flight on the 28th of September 2022 from Antalya - Dublin ( Flight No TK 4073). We were returning from our vacation from Antalya back to Ireland with my two and half year old child. As a frequent flyer , we always look forward to flying with Turkish Airlines but it was very disappointing.

There was a constant issue with the flight entertainment system during the long haul flight of 5 hours. This was extremely difficult for my child to stay engaged and entertained during the flight. We struggled as both parents to control our child on this flight.

Moreover, I politely asked for a blanket and pillow for my child by one of the flight attendants…

Good morning This morning the 22/8/2022 charged the sum of €66 for my luggage flying to Istanbul the your employee said that on my ticket I have zero luggage but they informed me that upon booking pop out will appear on my secured confirming that which did not happens and never received any pop out from Turkish air lines , your people advised me to complain directly to you since sim ready on oath say that I never received any pop out in relation to my luggage or what ever , therefore please do see into issue and refund my money with no delay since I fly with Turkish airlines and never happened to me this situation , please do find attached to my comps in the receipt which prove that I had paid the sum of €66

I purchased an international flight from with a return from Dar El Salaam to Chicago (13th of September), with a layover in Istanbul. Turkish airlines changed my flight TWICE, finally shortening the layover to one hour and 15 minutes. This change by Turkish Airlines set me on a course of conflicting information from the airline's agents, and hours of back and forth conversations with agents that were not only unhelpful, but rude and incorrect.

For starters, after these changes the online system would not let me confirm my flight, stating there was "insufficient transfer time". I called Turkish Airlines directly. The agent confirmed it was too short and I needed to "change my flight." They changed my flight, but I had to return a day earlier as they said there were no flights available on…

-Booking# 76566267 - Flight date: July 31 -destination : From Montreal-turkey-Lebanon I had a 16 hours layover in Istanbul, before departure, I checked the airline policy : when u have more then 12 hours layover, and no flight is avaialble in the same date you can get a free hotel. When i arrived to the destination (turkey), i got a surprised that i have no free hotel, why ? because there are many flight form turkey to beirut in the same day. I told the agent book me a ticket so i can leave , no need a free hotel. she said : pay 1000 $ usd ( for one hour flight). If not i have to pay 250$ usd dollars for a hotel + 70$usd for visa. the worst experience ever ! turkish people are so rude , they dont understand english and they keep talking in turkish.

4C. While the service and hospitality were excellent I am sad that my wife Mrs Swarnalatha Nagaraj Tekal who was seated in Buisness class seat No 4C lost her Gold ring with Amythest which was 60 years old. It slipped and fell down but could not be traced .

I am a regular flier of Turkish airlines and in the past few years I have booked to fly with your airline on several occasions. On this occasion I was very disappointed with level of service and flight entertainment and other factors which did ruin my annual holiday . These are some of the problems I had encountered :

1 – Check in desk took more than 4 hrs, waiting time plus another two hrs to clear security , flight TK1990 was delayed by more than an hour. I booked a ticket from Dubai to Istanbul on 5th of August, and it costs me 841$ and unfortunately I did not check the price before paying!

So I called them to have a refund and they told me that my ticket doesnt have this option!!! And that all I will get back is 57$ only which is the taxes!!!

I tried changing the airport im going to because I noticed its cheaper and he wanted to charge me more!!!

I would like to file a complaint against Mr. Eyup cabin crew who was extremely rude, arrogant, racist and with Zero customer service attitude.

He threatened to deport me from the flight, which is unacceptable behavior.

1. I booked 50 kg extra baggage online on 3rd of July (Sunday) for my Flight Delhi-Istanbul-Chisinau (Ticket no. 2353906963678, PNR no. VLZZYT). Later I realised that I could manage with 25 kg extra baggage and wanted refund extra luggage. I tried call both your Delhi sales office as well as airport office but no body picked the call. This was Sunday and your sales office was closed. I decided to reach the airport early and refund the extra luggage at airpot office. But reaching airport, there was no office and at checkin counter, the staff express helplessness in refunding extra luggage and ultimately I have travel with 25 kg extra baggage at payment of 50 kg. Flight no TK1895 seat 9A date 8July Before landing in MXP my tray had not been collected. I pressed the light for the stewardess . Nobody came . Apart from the fact that this is negligence on part of the crew, I could have felt unwell and no one responded to the call button.

This shows that no safety check was made prior to landing. I use Turkish Airlines many times during the year. Often safety checks do not take place. I have photos to back up my complaint but unfortunately they are too large to attach.

Last month i was traveling from USA to Bangladesh. When i was booking my luggage they charge me $250 for my laptop backpack. This people at the counter they are so dumb and useless that they dont know people now a days carrying laptop in the backpack.

Due to my position as aircraft captain I have to travel once a month to Baku/Azerbaijan. As you can see on my Turkish membership profile I’m using Turkish for my proceedings all the time. I’m usually traveling in business class. Now to my complain: On my latest proceeding I have booked as usual business class from Vienna to Baku via Istanbul. Booked EcoFly and need to change to ExtraFly due to travelling with a 5 year old with needs. This will be her first time flying and I cannot cope (as a pensioner age 67 years), with her and baggage when transiting through Istanbul to Ercan.

Flight dates, times and flight class unchanged, but they now want to charge me €11 euros per kilo for any baggage I want to check in. e. they have only introduced charges for luggage and option to choose seats. I have offered to pay for the change from EcoFly to ExtraFly which is £15 per way (£60 in total), which will allow 23 kgs per passenger and enable me to choose seats together.

Turkish Airlines are refusing my request, having written & phoned them 20+ times in total. Can someone please resolve this, as the situation is ridiculous.

I have been flying Turkish Airlines since 2007, but I am assured now that it has the worst customer service, how many times I had issues, they never resolve. I will do my best to never fly this airlines again, whether it is to change a ticket, whether it is a service and staff in the business class or whether trying to get hold of then

via phone or email, it is the hardest airlines to reach and the one that always revolves issues to its own favor. I will not recommend it to anyone and never will fly this airlines again!!

I was instructed to buy a new ticket from Uganda on Jan 31st after I fell sick on Jan 29 and I couldn't go for a PCR test. My ticket was flexible as I could have a change of date once and the ticket was still valid cause it was to expire in Jan 31 at midnight.

To make matters worse, Turkish Airlines delayed 6 hours from Entebbe causing and others to miss their connecting flights! We spend 9 hours at Instabul airport before we were transported to the hotel, all because of the beaurocracty coupled with the language barrier which delayed the whole process.

On 21 March I was traveling with Turkish Airlines from South Africa to Istanbul to Igdir.

I wish to bring to your attention that on the flight from Istanbul to Igdir the size of the seat was merely a 35cm wide and the arm rests could not be lifted up. Please look into this, Flight nr 2718 seat nr 4 B.

This space was really small and I am a average size person. When I left the plane in Igdir I have mentioned it to the crew.

This is the fist time after quite a few flights that I found any problems with the Turkish flight and I know that this is not the standard that you wish to maintain.

THERE WAS NO ANNOUNCEMENT MADE AT ISTANBUL AIRPORT, AND THE GATE WAS CHANGED LAST MINUTE, WHICH I COULDNT MAKE IT, AS IT WAS TOO FAR, AND AS I WAS PREGNANT, I COULDNT RUN AND MAKE IT TO THE GATE AND MY HUSBAND COULDNT LEAVE ME, AS I WAS IN NAUSEA STATE.

ALSO, LATER THEN WHEN WE COLLECTED OUR BAGGAGE, WE SAW BOTH ARE BAGS BROKEN, AS SAME WERE MISHANDLED MISERABLY BY THE STAFF. SUCH POOR SERVICE TO A BUSINESS CLASS PASSENGER, WITH NO ADJUSTMENT IN THE NEXT FLIGHT AND POOR TREATMENT OF OUR NEW ARISTOCRAT SUITCASES, IS REALLY UPSETTING AND I DEMAD AND REFUND FOR ALL THESE.

Service was great onboard. But unfortunately on the layover in Istanbul, it was too lengthy. Lost my beautiful cashmere shawl worth 250$ because in spite of being in the airport had to take everything off to go in plane. And was extremely fatigued so probably left in the bin and did not realize. This occurred Oct22-23 .

More than seven hours in the airport.

I don't like the way Turkish staff from Zanzibar handle telephone , she was shouting at me as if am small kids, and i was just try confirm one of the service! an travelling the 1st of sept! The staff name is sultan.

There were 4 major letdowns on this flight experience

*An unknown to the passengers situation caused our outbound flight Miami-Istanbul June 26th, 2018 to have to go back after well over an hour of flight plus a stop over in the runway, causing a total delay of at least 5 extra hours in the plane.

*My connection to Athens was lost and all the travelers with connections had to try to find our way to the help counter where I was going to be issued a new ticket. This was an enormous ordeal because no one seemed to know where to send us. I was sent upstairs, downstairs , to innumerable desks and running in circles due to the fact that employees were curt, insensitive, and ineffective. I found myself fluctuating from panic, outburst of tears to begging for information and help like a child…

Paid for first class tickets for two and was told could not use lounge when arrived at Istanbul. This was a connecting flight but had flown for US. They were very rude about it as well.

I have been trying to deal with a lost bag, customer contact center and compensation center for approximately 60 days now regarding a lost bag and I am no closer to any compensation or any responses that resemble any help. I am consistently told all they can do is log another complaint and there are no management personnel or managers who can help.

I find this to be shocking for an organization as large as Turkish airlines. Why is it taking 60 days for anybody to seem to be able to help or even ensure I am on the right process for compensation for the lost baggage, its contents and the necessities I purchased while the bag was lost.

It just seems all my complaints, phone calls and email messages are going unanswered and not addressed. very sad....

My Turkish Airlines complaint is about wrong information. 00 for any extra luggage of 50lbs. In Oct. 2015, when I called Turkish Airline to complete my travel plans, I was advised by a staff that any extra luggage of 50lbs will cost me $250.

This has completely derailed my travel plans because taking 4 extra luggage will cost me $1000 far higher than other airlines charge and almost the cost of the ticket. I have contacted you already several times and all I get is my complaint is not located.

my last Reference # is 947543. Please Turkish Airlines, can you expedite your decision because my travel plans depend on you decision. My departure date is Nov. 6th 9:15 from O'Hare.

I am completely disappointed with Turkish Airlines flight politics. What i encountered with THY was that i had not been allowed to get in the plane because of being late for departure. But, this was definitely an unfair blame they put on me.

Because when I arrived to the entrance of the plane there was more than 15 min. (Turkish Airlines customer service policies allow passenger to get in the plane until last 15 min). Although I had still chance to get in the plane, I had not.

just because an irresponsible cabin clerk who had left the entrance where she was supposed to wait until last 15min) so that, i had to purchase a new ticket cost $100 and in this 11:05 flight the passengers was allowed to get in until the last minutes around 11:00. which indicates that they could not yet…

I write this letter as I am extremely with disappointed with your services on cancelled flight TK53 29th March 2015. As a gold member of star alliance I would expect some better communication and details of the flight cancellation and my alternatives.

com, on departure day I noticed that my flight was departure delayed 3 hours from Narita, knowing that Narita has an 11 pm curfew with and new scheduled departure time of 01:40 on the 30th March, I was not sure how this was possible.
