I went on 1/28/24 to Twin Peak in Houston off Beltway 8 and I-10 freeway. I had the most horrible experience, the waitresses two out of three that would assist us were the rudest ever. Not only they would take 10+ minutes to get our drink but they would be rude about it when we would ask for a status. The last straw for me is when a waitress literally slammed out beers at the table didn't even look at us and just walked I asked a staff member to speak to the manager and to top it off Enrique was even rude to me when i asked him upset but a low tone of voice asking him what is wrong with your waitresses tonight. He got an attitude and treated me even worse.

I have been to several location all over Houston and have always chosen your restaurant to eat and happy hour but that has ended. I…

Visited the location in myrtle beach. Waited at bar for 10 minutes before any one said anything to us. Ordered a couple of beers and then waited 15 more minutes and nothing. Said the keg was out. Very disgusted with the service.

Tried to talk to the Manger but he acted like he didn't know anyone. Very disrespectful. Left the location and went to Hooters and got served instanly.

m. when I walked in a gentleman walked up to me and asked me a question how many people I said one I asked him where your name tag at or we don't want the name tags in here but

he's a manager and he bringing me to my table I noticed he was touching the place in the bowls with Brian's I don't know if his hand clean or not but he touches something that I got to use to wipe my mouth with and then I asked him can he bring me some utensils he denied bringing me utensils..

did I ask my my waiter cuz she who is the general manager she went to the guy that I want to talk to him he never came to my table he came to another table and sit down then he got back up and went back over there for the window can someone contact me tomorrow 5:01-817-6576

The Management at the west location is absolutely unprofessional as well as the regional director and Freddy who is over the management team. I can not name one manager on that team that is professional and adequate at doing their job.

The incident on 5/25/2023 I, Megan Serowski, came into my shift to work as a bartender. The higher ups were there and the two days any rules are enforced out of the whole year. I was told to put my bag in the back as I arrived at 10:30am.

I asked Dakota if I would be counted late she explained yes. The next bartender whom arrived over 30 minutes late into pre shift, was asked what bar she wanted first because her “rank” was over everyone. I explained each time I am late, I am never asked first.

First of all this is not against our waitress Kania. She was amazing and working hard. We ordered the Hangiver Burger without lettuce onion tomato and mayo and the egg fried hard. It came out with everything. KANIA noticed and took it back.

It came out a second time. He egg was runny it had mayo and onions. Still not what we ordered. We ordered it with bun, burger patty, bacon and egg only. After the seconds time we had to be somewhere and did not have time to wait on a new one to hopefully be right.

They took the burger off but I left with only eating a few cheese bites. We have eaten at the new Twin Peaks in east ridge Tn at least 10 or more time since they open. This is the first time it has been bad expierience.

Again, the waitress Kania was great.

, I was at the twin peaks in Las Colinas in Irving, Texas. This is a location I’ve frequented for many years. ) and as I was getting ready to leave I took an up close picture of my empty beer to share w friends as I always do and suddenly a white male employee named Travis approached me and demanded that I delete the picture.

I asked him why and he said because there was a girl in the background. I told him yes but it’s not showing her face only her behind but he made a big deal about it and demanded that I delete the picture which i did to avoid any conflict.

And then he asked if my tab was paid which it was because I was on my way out and then he very rudely told me to to get out in front of other patrons which was very embarrassing. I have never ever experienced this kind of…

I went to Twin Peaks on Seigen lane in Baton Rouge, La. I noticed one of the managers making a big scene against an African-American woman. The woman was not causing a scene and was actually minding her own business and the manger Mallorie Mullins called the police and began to make remarks against this woman in front of customers. I am not sure what had taken place before hand, but the African-American woman had came into the restaurant and did not bother anyone.

I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK. And I will also let my friends and family members know what kind of establishment allows out right racism in the presence of other customers.

Horrible, horrible and bad management training!!!!!

Grand Prairie TX location Manager Carlos Rude and disrespectful. I asked to speak to him because his wait staff had not me ade contact with me after sitting for 20 minutes. He says he is not giving me anything free, mid you I never ask for anything.

And that we could leave. He proceeded to escalate things by following me out like he was kicking somebody out. He needs to go before you lose another customer. I will never step foot in Twin Peaks again. Horrible experience

We were seated, & waited 20 minutes & nobody came to take our order. We counted 7 waitresses standing around chatting. We decided to leave & go some where else. It was at 11:15, & there were just a couple eating there.

We told the hostess why we were leaving, & she was very rude to us. We will never be back.

We were with our kids manager walked outside with unruly customer set them by our kids was Rude we waited over a hour for our waitress then another 30 min for our drinks Then another 30 min for our food and the grilled chicken was raw I ask for salad no corn chips it hD extra corn chips I come here twice a week order a second drink waited 45 min very unhappy p y spent over 200

When we arrived and put our name on the list we were not told how long. When I went to the host to ask I was told well there are 6 people in front of you. While waiting there were several people that left leaving while leaving a lot of tables empty.

No one cleaning them off. While waiting we asked about a table that had been vacant awhile. The host said it’s dirty. So then we finally got the notification that our table was ready. It was a booth in a corner where you couldn’t see the tvs.

We didn’t want that one. Then a Manager came by and we asked what you had to do to get a table here. He then clears one off. I explained to him why we were so upset as there were people that went and sat at the same table we asked about.

On 10/31/2022, we waited for food for almost an hour and drinks over half an hour only to be told the bar had closed. We looked at the bartender and she was still making drinks. We just wanted a beer to celebrate my husband's birthday .

We asked for a picture to celebrate his birthday but the waitress never came. Then later we were told that they ran out of the food we had order. We paid for our appetizers and asked for boxes but never got them.

I had to ask the hostess for a glass of water and boxes because our waitress never came back after she overcharged my friends on the tip. They asked her to return what she had over charged. This is not the first time we get terrible service.

visited a location in San Angelo tx manager was very rude unprofessional I ordered a cold beer in a mug and the mug was chipped cut my lip told manager about it and he was not concerned at all didn't apologize didn't ask if I was ok when he clearly saw my lip was bleeding.still charged me for a beer I didn't drink .our food was hard and cold and we waited an hour for our food and my daughter waited more than that when we got our food it was wrong.

Went to the Hoover location 09/09/2022 around 9:30pm and was lied on and served cold food along with being asked to leave for the night because of one of the managers lied about what was said.

We received very poor service our first time going here. Manager Vanessa was really rude yelling at us and her waitress’ could not find her. We waited 45 mins to pay our bill. Never Never Never will we go again service is bad and they act like they had no idea what they were doing.

Need better customer service at the store in live oak tx.

Ordered 12 bone in breaded lemon pepper wings. They were over cooked! One was completely black that was put on very bottom to hide it. All others seemed to be previously fried then breaded then fried again. They were terrible!

Had to re make order. New order comes out, but shorted me 2 wings instead of 12 I got 10. Beer by this time was warm. Not a good service at all

on August 11, 2022 at around 10:20pm, I sat at the bar with a friend. We ordered margaritas. A gentleman that identified himself as Brad, the GM, approached us and another man sitting at the bar a barstool over to my left.

He began to show us all a really pretty bottle of Tequila. He stated the shots were expensive, but worth it. He had us to smell the tequila and told us that he would give us a shot on him, but the next shot we would purchase.

Since it was no charge, we were considering taking the shot. He poured us all 3 shots while my friend was deciding if she wanted one. We took the shots, because they were free. My friend and I were there Friday July 22nd at the FT. Lauerdale restaurant. Drinks never came and the food and service were horrible. We cashed out and out of pity I left the waitress a 20% it wasn't her fault but more attention needs to be paid.

I am from Florida and i attend to your restaurant at all other locations and never had a problem ordering wings and ask for all drums at your Hollywood fl location and manager alex said to me that he can't have my order with all drums and i never had a issue at any other location he also mention that all other locations it illegal to serve all drums i told him he should not serve food at this location because any other restaurant u go to in the usa and

ask for what i did is never a problem very poor service at this location and unprofessional .

Manager by the name of “Lauren” in the Round Rock restaurant kicked us out for no reason. Our waitress id’d all 3 of us, took our order of draft beer, and served us. Manager came by and took my beer because apparently I was “under age” even though i’m clearly not.

When asked for an explanation, all she said was they can refuse service to anyone and we couldn’t come back. We’ve been coming almost every week before it closed down for repair, and even last week. Never had this problem before and we are never disrespectful.

Hostess sent us to a seat. Advised someone would be there shortly. Not very many people. We watched waitresses go to 2 tables around us and were never spoken to. We waited 10 minutes before we decided to get up and leave.

Not ONE server spoke, said a word or attempted to stop us. I don’t have to spend my money in a place that doesn’t value my family! Never going there again!!

Went to a Twin Peaks Restaurant during my lunch hour. A friend and I got there by noon, went inside and were seated to our table. About 2 mins later, a waitress comes in, I believe the name was Nora?

Took our drinks request and gave us an appetizer. 30 mins passed and we still haven’t had our orders taken yet and you could see the waitress over at the front desk talking to some man, having a laugh. Then 10 mins later, she comes in with a refill for our drinks and told us she was going to do a video and she would be back in a moment.

What pissed me off the most, that fact she didn’t even try to take our orders so we can go ahead and have our food already. No apparently, the video is more important than serving the customers. Wasted another 10 mins waiting and she still doing the video…
