Hi, Twitter has the most convoluted Help page I've ever encountered. I could not use any of the purported issues listed to refine the procedure and lodge a ticket. I finally found one live option under Privacy just so I could lodge a customer service ticket.
After days of waiting with noone being able to see my posts or reply. I got a flag on my account saying it was limited with no reason given. Next I got an answer to my logged ticket. I was told I had not violated X's ToC.
Howevery account was still limited. Yet the CS closed the ticket. I tried to keep the ticket open, or reopen they would not allow it. Suggesting I get a new ticket. Bloody has gone to my head at this point.
