Account# 900059042997. I received a final bill for a service that should have never been started. I spoken to several customer service representatives regarding this error and they all have been extremely rude and for some reason don't understand the concept that the service should NOT have been started and I had NO knowledge that it ever started until I received a final bill.
I received an email communication stating that service would NOT be started unless I took action and had the city come out. The communication stated no service would be started and the request would be canceled if no action was taken.
