Account# 900059042997. I received a final bill for a service that should have never been started. I spoken to several customer service representatives regarding this error and they all have been extremely rude and for some reason don't understand the concept that the service should NOT have been started and I had NO knowledge that it ever started until I received a final bill.

I received an email communication stating that service would NOT be started unless I took action and had the city come out. The communication stated no service would be started and the request would be canceled if no action was taken.

NO ACTION WAS TAKEN ON MY END. I was already in contact with another energy provider who informed me that was unnecessary and they could start my service without what TXU was…

I live on N Camden Pkwy, Houston, TX 77067, The power in the neighborhood is constantly going out. Everytime it rains the power goes out. Every time the wind blows the power goes out. I am constantly hearing when a transformer blows.

Today I got a call from my home that another transformer blew so hard that it shook the windows and doors. With the kind of heat that Houston gets and money we pay in taxes, something has to be done.

When is this problem going to get fixed? Mrs. Mitchell

I'm a disabled veteran and I get paided on the 3rd of every month my light bill is do today. And I don't get paid until Friday which is the 2nd they will turn off my lights today and I need my lights on until Friday.

Then I will go to another company. How do they come up with these number, I will contact a news channel.

I requested a temporary connection for 3 lots from a construction dept on Nov 10th . I called back on Nov 28th to see why there is still no power on my lots i was transferred and waited for 1 hour and 47 min.

Finally , I spoke to an account manager , Lisa . A, she promised she will contact me within 24-48 hours to resolve all the problems , she never did call me back I called back and requested to speak to her, left a message for her to call me back , she never did.

I spoke to another supervisor , Quenna . V, she promised Lisa . A will call me back and she wasn’t willing to help me herself . My construction account was set up as residential account , and suddenly some charges from 2018 and 2020 previous construction account were coming up.

I made a payment arrangement with a representative and she told me if I need to change I could. I called back to change it because I could not pay the full amount o. The 27th. It took ne an hour to speak to someone who was in the United States.

One representative told me I could not change until the 28th another said she would send me to a supervisor and gave me someone who could barely speak English. After a hour of my whole lunch break a supervisor from the United States told me about an arrangement that may require a down payment.

I still dont have an arrangement and I do not have time to call curing the day because they hardly ever have English speaking reps. They are mostly from Central America. TXU is not a good company!

I was contacted by a person named Misty Roberts who said she was a TXU Business Sales Executive in November 2021. She wanted to sign us up for a new contract with TXU for our business, JLDJ Enterprises LLC/dba PEACHWAVE FROZEN YOGURT.

9 which would be a great savings. My bills since January have increased around $100 each month. This is a significant increase from previous bills. And the kicker here is that This person is now unreachable. She of course said I could reach her for any problem.

If i could give zero stars i would. I have been dealing with the same issue of being charged twice since may and TXU has even admitted their error but still every month i am dealing with this. Every person i have spoken to except one person has been rude and i hate i did not get her name.

TXU will try to rip you off, bully you with fear tactics and treat you as if you are illiterate. Oh and Ms. Connie who supposedly works in the President of TXU office, she takes the cake with her rudeness and the condescending way she speaks to people.

Never in my life have i been so poorly treated by a customer service agent or company for that matter; nor have I had to speak in an unbecoming manner has I have had to the last few months with TXU. If i had of known I would have been mistreated and…

I called on the 16th of Aug 2021, i was moving to a different house and want to switch my account to my new address to start on the 1st of Sept. 2021. When i spoke to the gentleman on the phone he stated there was a switch hold on the account and i needed to send over some paperwork and it would be uplifted.

I told the gentleman the previous person left the light on and he said that's all i need to do and everything was ok. So i assumed that the light was switch under my account on sept 1 2021. On Sept 21, 2021 me and my 3 girls got home to no electricity.

I called TXU to ask what the problem was and they stated that my account was never turned on due to a New Occupant Statement they were missing. On the 22nd of Sept 8:30 am i sent over the form they needed.

I have not gotten a bill from y'all in the mail. 01, due on 9/30/2021. My power was shut off yesterday. I called y'all 800 number to see why my power was shut off and the guy said for a disconnect notice which I never received in the USPS mail not in my email.

I asked the guy to speak to someone in charge and he then put me on hold for about 20-30 seconds and then he hung up on me. My food in my refrigerator is going bad now. I missed a very important VA appointment as well.

I have a warranty with TXU for my A/C. It is not working and a technician has looked at it and it needs a compressor. Now Cinch Home Service is giving me the runaround and I have been out air conditioning for 4 days.

I tried calling TXU (since I pay them for the warranty) but they don't care and they give me the run around. I guess since TXU already has my money they don't care about their customers. Terrible company and I will be telling everyone that TXU SUCKS.

I send a complaint in about Not receiving the 50.00 rewayd - and some one who does not understand the policy wrote back in ERROR! Customer code 9018419464130 - Renewal 2/21/2019! I paid a bill 2/4/2019, Received a bill in March 2019 - paid 03/02/19 - Then my 50.00 reward should have began! Paid another bill in April! TXU did not comply with the contract agreement! It was said that after 2/21/19 and after I pay the bill - 4 to 5 weeks later I should have a 50.00 reward - and that has NOT happen!

So - This is a complaint that you did Not follow the agreement and who ever respond to the previous e-mail a Cecilia dot Not know the policy or can not add or subtract!

my wife has been a customer for 15 years we bought a house and had our service with you switched to the new house I was seating there on speaker phone when they said service was switched we had the main house switched then on the 23 of aug we had the meter for security light and shop switched today on aug 16 the prior owner came to my work said the house elec with txu was still in her name we called to try and

My son and daughter in law had power line fall across their trailer since that time they 've had all there electronics and appliances fried. Now no electric works. Every thing worked good Until power line fell on their trailer in middle of night in Brownwood TX.

I have been calling and asking why my TXU Energy bill has more than doubled lately, never a straight answer. Anyway I authorized a payment today over the phone for $131, they took out $401. It went through instantly. I am a single mom now, my kids father passed away last year.

I have so many medical bills and have hit a hard time as a lot of us have. When I tried talking to a TXU customer service supervisor and explaining I needed this money back because I have paid other bills and I will get over draft fees at the bank.

He did not care and said that is my problem, in the end he yelled at me and said there is nothing he can do. I just want the difference back now and let out of my contract!
