UPC Insurance

Not sure if I have real desk adjuster. Call # provided, goes to hold music. Cannot leave msg. Going through company directory cannot locate name of desk adjuster. When getting call back, no person on line. Not sure if contractor cost assessment was even sent to a desk adjuster.

Canel my insurance and waiting my refund check.

I was blessed to still have my home. My roof, and some damage inside was the worse. Here it is you file a claim, wait for their response, their adjusters to contact you.

Finally, their insurance adjuster respond. In the meantime, I hired a Public Adjuster. Fast forward the first check mailed out 11/28/2022 to the wrong address. This comes with a 7 to 12 days delivery. I received my first check January 7.

Unable to speak with supervisor in the claim department due to damage on my home in florida. need check to be reissue due it got loss in transit to my mortgage company and not getting anywhere. no help at all.

We do not get any communication from UPC regarding the damage to our home! We need a new roof, hole in our living room as well as ceiling damage to living room, dining room, hall bathroom! Damage to kitchen flooring, bedroom flooring etc.

We are talking 80 year olds many in our community have the same problem with UPC

My case # 20FL00045297 has been settled on March 31, recorded by the Collier County Court on April 1 and we received your check on May 27 and deposited it. But UPC has not closed the case and it is preventing me from getting new insurance.

My current policy (with another insurance company) expires on June 20, they did not renew me because of our pending case. When we reached out your employees, Jan, Antoinette, and Angela Douglas refused to explain to me why, Angela said it was because we had a lawyer and only the lawyer could contact them.
