I’ve been with USAA for 20 years and I’m treated like I don’t belong in this bank. Every time I receive my deposit and use my debit card this bank locks my account up for suspicious activity and them refuses to even speak to me.

I have gone for over a week without access to my money and buying food to survive. A person can starve in that time and this bank would not do anything to help bc I can’t remember a password or have a different number.

I HAVE BEEN LOCKED OUT FOR 3 weeks my family is starving im this country!!!!! Why???? If I survive I will see this bank will not!!!!!

Closed my Credit Card while traveling overseas, closed my wife's Checking. No explanation. USAA MLO and Mortgage Processor do not know there jobs! I am a MLO and can tell you they were counting income not qualified and not counting other income that did qualify as well as sat on their hands, not returning calls for two weeks until I escalated it yo a manager.

My previous complaints to federal agencies occurred last year and early this year. 00 overdraft fees. USAA insisted that I was sent a notice and needed to reset my account. A couple of months later, this happened AGAIN, however I had proof that I hadn't added that card to my account to use.

USAA crawled back under their rock. I canceled my debit card after losing it on the train, and my renters insurance was not drafted from my account. They hit me with so many late fees it was insane. So I complained.

Today I tried to open my spouse an account. Here is what happened. USAA is a legacy bank, and I added 5 of my 7 children to my family group, my two oldest had also served and I didn't feel that they needed to be added.

I’ve been using the Usaa mobile app depositing my payroll check for over 3 years I get paid every other week late November I deposit my check in the moble app Usaa put an 11 days hold on my checking account so I had to wait 11 days to pay my bills I had to borrow money from my daughter to get thru the day to go back and forth to work two weeks later December 8th paycheck they put another 11 day hold on my paycheck in which I was supposed to pay my rent that day Usaa is telling me about policies I’ve been using banks for 50 years now I never in counter a bank that holds your money for 11 days.

When I mention that Usaa is accumulating interest off my check for the 11days the customer service representative couldn’t say anything again I’ve been depositing this same payroll check over 3 years…

The company, which we have been with over 25 denied me life insurance although we have had it that long. I requested reason and they listed and they sent info and the conditions they reflected I have, I do not. I am RN, and was a Hospital Administrator and served as an auditor that medical inspections for over 30 years.

The third party company they use is QUEST and they have been reported (per internet search/reviews). They said I was a quadeplegic and I go up and down my stairs every day. This is scary for me. So I will seeking options. My primary care doctor is sending letter that states the conditions they address are not true.

It is so sad they are going downhill.

The quality of service at USAA has decreased significantly over the last 10 years. I am seriously disappointed and will be contacting the faculty union at Michigan State University to propose to the U oversight I switch providers. I attempted to make a roll over into TIAA several times, each time being “assured”someone would call me back, and to date no one called.

I then called third time and was transferred to someone who asked questions to provide a comparison analysis, and after the results of the analysis was provided, “assured” me someone would call me back to do the roll over with Encore. No one called.

I had to call again to get the ball moving yet again and received an email to make an appointment for a week later. Mind you- this entire process took 1 month. Just to do a roll…

I had fraud on my USAA bank account to the tune of $1600 through some Zelle transactions. The second I noticed the first two fraudulent transactions I contacted a USAA representative to let them know that the transactions were not mine. There was one in the amount of $100 and then a second one done in the amount of $900, both on 6/15...the same day I called. The representative placed my fraud claims, and I also informed her I was in the process of receiving another Zelle in $800 and wanted to make sure that whomever did the fraudulent Zelle transactions would not be able to get those as well.

They are breaking the law by breaching a contract and using fraud and manipulation to get over on me as a member. My brother has mental health issues. He does not keep up with any paperwork. He sold his car Dec of last year. USAA continues to take an insurance payment out of his bank account. He called to speak to a customer representative.

She said she could not help him when he could not give her his user ID. He gave her ssn, birth date and mother's maiden name. I called a customer representative said she could not talk to me. His usaa number is 033103746.

His name is William Crawford. If no one is willing to let him cancel this payment. He will continue to make payments on a car he sold 9 months ago. He is stable and intelligent but certain things are beyond him.

He struggles with these types of communications.

Horrible, horrible customer service. They don't follow through on what they say they're going to do. They do NOT return phone calls! They do NOT accept responsibility for their mistakes! They won't even ADDRESS the mistake! They're ignoring my phone calls!

In a nutshell, USAA just sent a check to a collision place that NEVER HAD THE APPROVAL BY ME TO MOVE FORWARD WITH REPAIR! They paid for something that I never approved! It started with the collision place. I wanted an estimate. Period!

The collision place ASSUMED that I wanted my car fixed. I NEVER SIGNED ANY PAPERWORK! They sent the estimate to USAA and USAA paid them! No communication whatsoever with me! Horrible, irresponsible, dismissive!!! DO NOT GO WITH USAA! You will be sorry!

On May 25th my friends wife accidentally ran their truck into my house causing damage to my garage door and frame structure. We filed our claims against his auto insurance with usaa. I submitted photos and repair estimates within 3 days of accident and I have been jerked around for almost 2 months trying to get my claim check to pay my home repair contractors.

I was on the phone recently repeating my issue 3 maybe 4 times, which took almost an hour. The last person who got on the call had absolutely no idea why I was calling so I couldn’t be bothered to repeat myself another time to tell her and just hung up the phone.

I’m very disappointed and truly disgusted with this company’s customer service. There is never a human being to talk with in order to get to the right area of the bank that would address any issue without an extension. Your automated system does not recognize anything too “wordy” and there are times that the issue can’t be broken down into easily understood words for these overly simplistic and ignorant computer.

My car had gotten keyed, passenger side and 2 little marks on drivers side. I called Usaa and asked what i could do, she told me i could make a claim and it might be flagged as a loss since the damage was "all over" and

I've been wirh USAA for years. I'm currently looking for a new provider. I changed my cellphone number and now am locked out of my account. I had them change it several mo this ago and they said they did. But they really didnt.

Since there is no complaint dept, no quality assurance dept, no corporate office number, and all you do is get the runaround and mostly speak with people overseas. This is not how you treat your veterans. ignore me. Nothing has been resolved.

I've talked to a dozen people the past week or two and spent hours on hold.

No help with resolving a complaint with Lume Company from back in September of 2022. I placed 2 orders with them, days apart. Lume only acknowledged 1 order. Never got the 2nd order, only a form letter explaining they were backlogged and for my patience.

I emailed several times explaining what they did, got nothing but another form letter just like the past ones. I got USAA involved, they gave me a credit for it, then took it back. I’ve been dealing with them and today they tell me that the case is closed.

They won’t help me at all to resolve this. Told them I’m switching banks, they didn’t care. 01. God forbid USAA go the distance for someone who’s been loyal for over 15 years and has our homeowners insurance too.

a man called me and claimed they were from USAA. He was up and down claiming that there was someone was hacking my Zelle account. they were claiming up and down they were with USAA and that I had been hacked. I was so confused.

I finally figured out it was a scam and called usaa to stop it. They were so awful and rude. The lady screamed and me and told me she was going to hang up on me. I am so disappointed in the way usaa handled this situation.

I filed a claim on 3/2/2023. My home has water damage and is now unhabitable. My bathrooms are not useable due to the water damage. Dryforce has come to my home and cut out my walls ripped up my floors and took my bathrooms doors off.

We have to go to a friends house to take a bath. I hope you don't treat all your other Military Families like this. I have never been disappointed in a insurance company before. I have never had this problem when filing a claim.

I was contacted today by B&D Towing in Concord, CA. It is the towing company that towed my Volvo after the accident. They stated that the Volvo is still in their yard, and hasn't yet been towed. The fees are accruing daily. I received a notice from them today, except under a different business name (same address). The letter came from Pro Tow Co. They stated that the storage fee per day si 75$ and that the current bill is $1055, as of 2 days ago. They stated that they may conduct a lien sale to recover their costs.

I am furious. Last week I arranged for a tow to a collision center via USAA. It is clear that you have not actually moved the car. Yet, Today I saw an update that a company was paid for this claim, and I presume it was to tow the car to the collision center.

They went up all a sudden and the customer service USAA rep lady said because they have to pay for claims like hers. She said USAA has to pay for her rental car for 2 months and that just one headlight on her car costs $1900 to replace.

Filed claim for vandalism to my vehicle. USAA demanded that I provide proof of financial interest, which I did as requested, as if paying for insurance on my vehicle wasn’t financial interest enough in itself. They asked me to do a recorded interview, I complied.

They asked me to take my car to a shop to get estimates done, I wasted my time doing so. They asked me to take my car to another shop to get another estimate, I wasted more of my time scheduling one, but didn’t end up going because they denied my claim before my appointment, One of the agents was giving the veteran such a hard time and

I am very unhappy with USAA's ability to allow me to talk to a person to get my issues resolved. I have been trying to cancel a roadside assistance request because we were able to fix the issue ourselves.

My problem is getting through the voice response systems to speak to a the appropriate person. I tried 7 times to get to someone to cancel the request, and was either cutoff by the voice response systems or by a person who was not able to help me. These people then sent me back to the voice response system and I had to start all over.

I used to brag that the best asset of USAA was you could always get to a person if you needed one. That is clearly not the case any more. I have been a member of USAA 55 years and i have never been so displeased with the company. This voice response system…

This also impacted the rental ar agreement and has cost me 6 weeks of rental car fees that USAA is supposed to pay. Member of USAA for more than 30 years, retired LTC. The beginning, USAA was direct people to customer support. This has evaporated overtime. Now, decisions are made from computer, and people read off script. Presently moved all my direct funding to USAA checking.

Now I have discovered, I have no control on any of my accounts. Transfer Funds, Limited withdraws and NO access to deposit funds.

Also, Life insurance policy of my wife's term policy for more than 20 years decreased from 300K to 75K and will continue. Never notified of any changes. Suggestion: Please go back to human to human making finial decisions and computers.

I have tried for 6 days to get my car moved from the towing company to the collision company. I am overwhelmed with people who are incapable of doing their jobs. I live in Virginia Beach/Norfolk which is the largest naval base in the world. Service has been unacceptable.

I was hit by a USAA car insurance policy holder. I filed a claim with USAA. Their insured never filed his claim at first. I received a voice mail message from USAA stating they could not get in touch with their insured and said pictures looks like he was at fault.

They told me to call them so I could set up the appraisal. When I called they said someone closed the claim and would not speak to me. I have the recording saved.

2022, I have spoken to a minimum of 21 representatives of USAA. I received notice from USAA that a name change had been done on my deposit checking and savings accounts of which I never initiated a request for. I signed on to my accounts online on my laptop and saw that under "Account Holder" the name read Isela Hernandez/Isela H Scudder Fam Liv Trust.

The name "Scudder" I have not had for over 20 years. Because no one was helping me resolve the issue, not caused by me, I asked for escalation of the issue and was told I could speak with someone in the executive resolution department.

It all started when a drunk driver hit us and totalled our 2018 Yukon xl. He had minimum coverage which left us use our our insurance. We took a loss on our vehicle. 10000. With of payed equity we had in vehicle.

Then we got problems paying our doctor bills in full and we have been talked to really ugly by usaa reps.

USAA account number 767455. I have been a member of USAA for more than 50 years. I cannot recall when I have missed a payment except for very brief unexpected military assignments. MY issue with USAA is their threat to charge a late fee for a monthly payment that was either misplaced by the post office or USAA.

Last week I received an email saying my payment had not been received and that a late fee would be charged with the next few days. I mailed the payment two weeks before the payment was due. To avoid a late fee I had to call USAA and pay by credit call which was posted to my account a couple of days ago.

USAA owes me $2785.65 on a 05/01 payment reversal. It has been unable to reimburse me because it continues to use the original Bay Federal Credit Union account number from when I took out the mortgage 15 years ago.

Moreover, in spite of numerous contacts, I have not been permitted to provide my current BFCU account number.

Absolutely awful. Customer service USED to be superlative, now they hide behind chatbots, interminable wait times, clumsy messaging, claim they can't talk with their own depts, and put the work back on the customer. It's taken over a week, 6 emails, two chats, and a 20 minute-wait time call and they STILL can;t do the simple task of adding a person to my checking acct.

The inaction on the homeowners claim I submitted on 3 January 2020 is greatly disappointing.

After speaking once with your representative, Sandra Mielke , at 210 531 8722, there has been no action taken on this, and NUMEROUS calls since have gotten only a recording on her voicemail - and not a single call has been returned. Please have someone more responsible handle this claim.

This level of service is a stark departure from what I have come to expect during my many years with USAA.

Since January 4th 2020 my flex premium annuity has been frozen/unfrozen for 21 days as of Jan 28th. After 5 calls and being transferred/placed on hold for over 2 hours total I thought the problem was fixed. January 27 account is frozen for the 3rd time and again I'm assured I'll be contacted with an update.

Should it take 3 weeks to fix this? Should I be playing telephone transfer tag with each rep suggesting something different/a different approach? And once again will I get due interest?

This is in regards to automobile collision I had with a USAA Insurer and my total loss settlement. My reference # is 27933792-20 and my name is Santos Salazar Jr.

Simple enough, my total loss settlement offer is completely unfair. It has been a constant back and fourth with the CCC Adjuster evaporators not having enough knowledge about my vehicle to deny my counteroffers while continuing in their wrong lack of effort.

My toyota yaris was totaled on november 15th and my first settlement offer was 5329$ or so and this morning it was increased to 6026$ or so. The issue here is that my car keeps being compared to 2 door hatchbacks and all my qualifying vehicles for comparables keep being denied. It seems like the options are being monopolized and I feel no fairness or justice in the process…
