-home was unsafe and we request a full refund as the home was uninhabitable. - reserved a home February 5th and relocated 8/31 - home had visible rot and decay, holes in siding, water stains, water staining on the siding, chunks of facia missing - had a severe allergic reaction within 15 minutes of entering the home from the mold.

We arrived on Saturday. The grill did not work. I reported it immediately. It is now Wednesday and still nothing has been done. We like to cook in on the grill. We would not have rented if we had known the grill was broken and would not be fixed. The ventilation system in the middle bathroom does not work. The ice maker does not make ice. The toilet paper holder fell off the wall in the master bathroom. This place is less than a year old. This is sad. The hair dryer in the bathroom does not work. I was told daily that the local vacasa people would reach out and handle it. So far nothing. I went to the lodge to use the hot tub. They were out of towels. This is ridiculous given how much it costs.

I won't be renting from vacasa again. I will also complain to the BBB. Totally disappointed.…

We were hoping for a more positive outcome from our stay at “Harbor View Hideaway”, but that did not happen. The property was booked through VRBO and managed by VACASA and sadly they dropped the ball and refused us a fair refund for our experience.

Check in is at 4pm. We arrived about 4:30pm in the afternoon. Upon arrival, we were so excited to get in our swimsuits and take a dip in the hot tub. The main reason for booking this property.

The hot tub was disgusting to say the least. Water was bright yellow. Sand and dirt was covering the bottom. It stunk like low tide. There was a layer of brown foam and hair on the surface and dried to the sides. (Pictures attached)

We arrived at 501 harbour house, bethany beach on 6/17/23 to find the dining room lights did not work, the bedroom door was broken, tv didn’t work, a pile of broken picture frames on a side table, and the wifi did not work. I used the app to request assistance and was told they put in a maintenance ticket.

The following day we found that the headboard to a bed was not attached, found food on dishes and also found food on the floor in the living room. We also found someone’s underwear in a closet from a previous resident.

I messaged on the app again and was told someone would come fix these issues. No one came. I called on Thursday as still no one had come. I was told I’d get a call back and never did. I went in person to the office on Friday 6/23 and was again told the property manager…

We rented a house last week in OBX for $14,000. At 4pm when the house was suppose to be ready it hadn’t been cleaned. They sent 2 grass cutters to clean house because they said they had no cleaners then.

Photos show house after VACASA said it was cleaned. WE HAD TO CLEAN IT and the only reimbursement we got back was cleaning fee. Lost a full day of vacation and should have been reimbursed cleaning fee and 1 day loss of $2,000.

VACASA Corolla Rentals were no help and my family is really aggravated and don’t want to rent from VACASA again unless we are reimbursed for our cleaning work.

As a potential new owner customer, I had been speaking with a member of vacasa sales staffs. After a couple phone and text conversations, I inquired who would come and inspect the property to see if it was a proper fit for their company.

The salesman told me it was not necessary for him to come see the property prior to signing the agreement. Granted, this home is currently handled by another management agency. As our conversations progressed, I inquired about setting nightly fees.

I was told I would be traded over to the front line marketing department, they would work out the fees for the seasons. Next, I asked who would handle day to day operations, field questions, concerns, accidents or complaints on a daily basis, and who my handler or contact person would be.

Terrible terrible terrible . Booked. Avon for the hot tub. Filthy all around tub and water was dirty can’t even see bottom of tub. No lift assist for lid to check it out. Cut the shit out if my hand trying to close it.

Arrived at 4pm and text and called for 7 hours to get someone to help fix run and salvage trip . It is now 18 hours after we got here and no one has come or said when they will come to look/fix tub .

Vacasa took 100% payment in advance and now I am sitting in the lobby being told by the Front Desk that Vacasa DID NOT SEND THEM MY RESERVATION.

This has caused me and my family stress and anxiety as well as wasting our precious time. Additionally the Vacasa representative falsely said that Indid not sign something when I have emails from Vacasa as well as texts ADVISING ME “YOU ARE ALL SET”. So not only is this company incompetent their representatives also lie and provide false information.

FT30H3HN I have called, text, spoken to CS for a week. Starting the first hour I arrived. Our Room door would not lock to leave. I was given wrong lock box code as well. We were stuck in Room 2 full days.

No food until I finally realized nothing was going to be done. I spent 200. On insta cart to feed my daughter. The lock was finally repaired the second day at about 4. So I would like a refund for the time I could not leave Room to enjoy vacation and inconvenience of no customer service assistance.

I'm home now and still haven't received call From Teddy, who was supposed to call me. 813-624-2727 I need this resolved ASAP. I have a Mom in Hospital and no time for this.

I booked a cabin in Lake Tahoe for the weekend 3/10/2023-3/12/2023. There is currently a severe snowstorm and avalanche warning in effect until Sunday 3/12/2023. There is so much snow predicted to fall up in Lake Tahoe this weekend that every single person I know is hunkering down at home with generators, food, flashlight, etc. and certainly are not driving on the roads right now. Even though the pass is not currently closed it will undoubtedly be closed over the weekend, which will trap me and my 10 year old son in Tahoe for an unknown period of time.

When I booked the cabin, I was told that if it became unsafe to access the property I would be given a refund, that this is Vacasa's policy. I called today and was told that unfortunately this particular cabin was not on the list of…

After submitting a request to end my contract with Vacasa they continue to list my house on their website. I gave them a 90 day notice and have sent numerous emails. My experience with Vacasa has been extremely stressful. They have multiple hidden fees, filthy housekeeping, poor communication, and have no problem giving misleading information to both owners and guests.

It's been a nightmare dealing with Vacasa.

It did not say in reservation that we can have only 8 people altogether. I wasn’t aware of the max No policy. So the kids are left out, I called several times either for a refund or give us another location so that we can be with our kids.

The response was very bad and they said No refunds/ no transfer to another location even if we are willing to pay more. Not at all flexible. Not happy and a really bad experience. Now all our vacation plans are spoiled.

Hopefully somebody will see this and respond back. The response time is also very very long. Had I known these policies I would have never booked with Vacasa

29th to go to the Ice Castles in New Hampshire for the weekend of Feb 10th thru 12th we then rented a house thru vacasa for that weekend. We arrived at that house after a 3 and a half hour ride with two puppies at 5:30 that Friday night.

We were starving so we unpacked quickly settled in and we're getting ready to order some food. All of a sudden at 6:00 the power went out. We were in complete darkness. There were no candles and no flashlights. We only had our cellphone lights.

It got cold real fast . My boyfriend tried the circuit breaker numerous times and nothing worked. Everyone on the street had power but not us . We called vacasa. They said did we try the circuit breaker we said yes numerous times and the whole street has power and we don't.

They created a false impression that a unit was in excellent shape when in reality lots of things were broken or never fixed or run down plus they handled my check-in so poorly that I had to spend the whole vacation worrying my car would be towed. They refunded 25% of what I paid but that was a joke.

It was a pretty much miserable vacation because of their not being honest, not fulfilling their commitments. Just as one example, they rented a beach front unit for Thanksgiving day then had me text dozens of times, never took a call or called and said they did not have staff to fix my problems during the holiday.

Why rent a unit you know is deficient on a holiday that you know you can’t maintain? Vacasa are bottom feeders. They represent everything wrong with this country. I loathe them.

I found an uncashed paycheck that is over 90 days old from this employer. I have been trying for months now to get it reissued. I have emailed the payroll department 4 times, called many times, and sent 3 letters.

We rented Neptune Outlook at Lincoln City Nov 3 to 7 2022 and one whole floor of the House had no heat. It was a cold stormy weekend. After attempting for hours to resolve this no one came to the house til the next day and still it was not resolved.

We were charged premium price and could not use one whole floor of the House due to cold.

Also the beds had no blankets and we were forced to have a family member bring some over! Why were we rented a house that had a sign on a lower level fireplace that said "out of order" Vacasa was aware that there was no heat according to a maintenance employee.

To date no one from Vacasa has resolved this issue after 9 weeks of contacting them. net

I am one of your housekeepers and was informed we will NOT BE PAID THIS WEEK, due to the New Year. What? What a horrible excuse to not pay your employees for the work I completed last week. I was reminded of the nety 15 days. Seriously? You're gonna use this as an excuse? Had I known you weren't going to pay, I would have not worked. I have a clean tomorrow. Since your organization doesn't have the kindness to pay their employees for completed work, please explain to me why I should show up tomorrow?

Vacasa is an estimated 4.5 billion dollar corporation, and can't pay their vendors for completed work. That is pure bullshit!

If Vacasa wants their units taken care of, You NEED to take of your staff!

We rented a house through Vacasa at 146 Mossy Creek Lane on Sugar Mountain, NC. It was not clean on our arrival at 4 PM on December 26. Vacasa customer Service was notified of the problem within an hour of us checking in.

We also received notification that the hot tub was not working and no ETA when it might be fixed. We are skiing and rented the house for the hot tub amenity. The game room was not in working order but not listed as so.

We flew in from all around the country and were unable to find another lodging, forcing us to stay in unsanitary living conditions. As we checked out the property was still not cleaned by a cleaning service. DO NOT RENT WITH VACASA.

1, we have endured the following problems in unit 205: 1. No air conditioning. The thermostat is unresponsive. Sallie, our concierge, had a HVAC tech. 7. The compressor must be replaced. It is very stuffy in the unit especially for sleeping. 2. The dishwasher doesn't work.

Dishes are not cleaned especially the glassware. Most of the dishes have to be rewashed by hand. Very inconvenient. Sallie says a technician will come to try and fix it. In light of these problems we feel that we should be compensated financially.

Renting a home with a couple significant property maintenance issues on Hatteras Island. I've asked for a partial refund many times and they tell me it can only be initiated by the property management people. But the property management people won't respond to requests for service.

And now they say there is only 1 manager working for the entire state of North Carolina. I'm leaving tomorrow and I'm sure they think that makes the problem go away, but they are wrong.

We rented a beach house De ja vue in Sandbridge, Va. 6 2022. The stove top was cracked and broken, the ice maker froze up, the gas grill ran out of gas on our 3rd day. On the 3rd day the ceiling in the bottom floor caved in due to condensation from the air condition duct.

We had repairmen in the rental from Tuesday thru Friday interfering with meal time, tv time game time etc. The sleeping on the 3rd floor was musty, wet, and had odor. I asked for a refund or compensation from Vacasa and they refused and implied that we damaged the stovetop.

We had their repairman in the day we reported it and they told us it should have been reported by the cleaning company. If you rent this house I recommend you bring a handy man with you.

Fountainhead Towers at 11604 Coastal Highway Drive, Ocean City MD. Vacasa offers the renters sheet and towel service. Renters are leaving their used sack of Towels and sheets in hallway upon leaving condo unit, blocking hallway and violation of Fire Marshall laws. Owners are being fined!

The delivery service drops off sheets in front of door blocking hallway. The building staff have to police hallways and dispose of sacks which causes renters to be be fined for sheets and towels and owners to be fined $250 for violation for blocking flow of hallway.

Fountainhead Towers is a Condominium and not a hotel. This practice must stop.

I was a client of Vacasa, and had 2 units rented by them from September 2021 until May 2022, during which time they continued to charge me for their nightly "insurance program " after I asked them to stop.

Also on my last bill there was a $350 "leak detection" charge. I have called and left messages about 6 times; nobody has responded. They have been unresponsive during the time I used their service, and continue to be after I terminated their services.

White Marlin Condominiums Unit 411B Ocean City, MD Rented by Mary Dorsch (443) 520-8239 Rental Dates: July 16-July 30

We arrived at the unit to find MULTIPLE ISSUES. We reported them to the local office and to your customer service department by 4PM on Monday July 18. We were told that the plumbing issues would taken care of promptly. No one called or showed up by Wednesday July 20, so my husband, who detests poor customer service began calling both locally and to your corporate offices in Oregon. We were promised a plumber between 8-10AM Thursday July 21. Again, no one showed. Multiple calls we made but locally and with corporate and "tickets" were opened. We were then promised service between 12-2PM...AGAIN NO ONE SHOWED. More calls were made, and the interaction got more accormonious…

When picked up our keys, they told us there was a over flow lot we had to use because of three cars. They said it was on the back side of the building by the marina. I move the car and called vacasa, they said the maintenance man would call so I could meet him to show me where to park,after over 4 hrs of waiting for a call I moved my car to another spot, by then

it was to late do anything on our last night,total eying wasted. When we arrived the sheets on the two green beds both had spots of blood on them, is not only a safety hazard but medical hazard.

In early 2020, I reserved a house in Netarts, OR, for a group of friends, for September 9-12, Vacasa Reservation 2582020. Because of COVID the reservation was cancelled in July 2020:and Vacasa stated that “because the cancellation is within 30 days of the checkin date, no refund has been issued…” They then put a ‘Future Stay Credit’ on my account.

Trusting I would use it in the future, my family reserved a house in Kingston, WA for Thanksgiving 2020, Reservation 3380559. 41. At this time and the following year, I requested I receive a refund because of the uncertainty of COVID and the uncertain possibility of a large gathering for the future.

we rented #5104 @ plantation dunes from 6/20-6/23/22. Had problem W/10 diget combination. Room was not well maintained. blindes were not in working order tried to shut & they fell down. No closet for clothes to be hung. I expected double bed for 2 adults not double bed that you had to climb over each other in middle of night.

Also hair dryer did not work. I have read many of same complaints & all looked the same. Looks like owner is only interested in taking money & no maintaining. Vacasa shouldn't represent a owner like this as it represents you.

Hope to return but with another rental agency.

I was one of vacasa's contractors for housekeeping. Had an excellent review rating all last season. Mostly all fives. Ann then in oct. I just quit getting my houses too clean in Rockport. Called time an ttimr again an no one could answer me ass too why i quit getting my cleans.
