I am unable to contact Vacation to go via phone for the last month. The only contact I have had is via email. The company is willing to accept new cruise requests, but if you try to get to and operator its not possible.
I have 8 cruises booked with VTG and I would cancel them all an go to another agency to try an get better service. They have let go my agent and given me another one. This was great when I was booking a new cruise, but I have not been able to get in touch with him since.
The numbers they give to talk to an agent when dialed go to an automated message telling you there long waiting times. com/help site requires you to pay money to get a response. It says that they have lawyers standing by to help, and all they want is $5 to help.
