I am unable to contact Vacation to go via phone for the last month. The only contact I have had is via email. The company is willing to accept new cruise requests, but if you try to get to and operator its not possible.

I have 8 cruises booked with VTG and I would cancel them all an go to another agency to try an get better service. They have let go my agent and given me another one. This was great when I was booking a new cruise, but I have not been able to get in touch with him since.

The numbers they give to talk to an agent when dialed go to an automated message telling you there long waiting times. com/help site requires you to pay money to get a response. It says that they have lawyers standing by to help, and all they want is $5 to help.

I have to let everyone know please do not use Vacations to go. They are the worst travel agency I've ever used. I had a week long girls trip just, returned this weekend from Punta Cana. From the original booking it was like pulling teeth to get information. We booked the Excellence hotel based on reviews. While the property was nice it was a boring experience for 4 single ladies. We weren't looking for men just other singles to interact with. I would only recommend this hotel of you're on a couples retreat with your church. Otherwise its a snooze fest.

Elevator music plays in the common areas and no music even at the bar on the beach area. This hotel was the furthest from the airport and no drivers even wanted to go there. Getting off the property was a hassle and expensive. We weren't…
