I'm filing a complaint on behalf of my son, Andras Galaris. They place a hold on his checking account on May 9, 2023. 12. He has direct deposit and all of his paycheck is deposited directly into his account. He has not has access to his money for over 10 days.

They have a hold on his account and they refuse to move it. This is making it difficult for him to buy food for himself while he is at work or to help contribute to daily expenses for essentials at home.

He opened this account last year. This hold on his account should only have been for 2 to 6 days. It's illegal for a bank to place a hold on the account longer than that.

ACH transfer sent to New York Community Bank versus Moneynetwork card holders service account. Moneynetwork ACH dept haven't received transfer funding as I don't have a New York Community Bank personal account only a debit card sponsored through the bank which is Moneynetwork.

May I request Valley perform an ACH transfer trace ID to validate if transfer (Valley Bank) was accepted by New York Community Bank, was Valley complete, the account number deposited too and weather funds were withdrawn on Valley ACH transfer? 00 directly deposited in to my Valley Bank checking account or rendered to me as a personal check.

Moneynetwork perform ed ACH trace for return deposit and investigation revealed that funds weren't received back or…

I went to open a cd. There was only one employee to open cd while three bank tellers stood around. I waited over two hours while she tried to help the person in front of me. The employee had no idea how to help this person and kept walking around saying I am confused and I don't know what to do.

There was no manager to ask. She had to keep calling a regional manager for help every time she had a problem. Very unprofessional and pls get this bank at kew gardens ny help
